I have had very bad experiences with electric vehicles and the lack of convenient and working charging points in recent years which I've found to be a real pity. My wife has a plug in hybrid and it's a complete joy to drive. With the mileage I cover and the nature of my driving I think I'm at least one car away from going fully electric and even at that I'm still concerned. I think the infrastructure really needs to keep pace with the car development now.

EV cars will never be mainstream. Anyone buying one would need their head looked at. They'll be obsolete before they catch on. Another fuel most likely hydrogen will outstrip them just purely because of the ease of refuelling. Who the f**k has time to wait on a car charging up? Not me anyway.

Has anyone any experience with a bulk? Got back into the gym and am thinking about going for one but not to fond of the idea of putting on fat having only recently lost it

if you're looking to seriously put on muscle, you need to be in a slight calorie surplus to build it properly- this will obviously mean gaining a bit of fat unfortunately. If you really commit to the bulk and keep getting stronger in yhe gym you'll build plenty of muscle- but you meed to accept that you mightn't look great- will be really worth it though when you cut and reveal all the muscle you've built up. All depends on your goals though.

You just have to eat healthy foods and find the right calorie surplus so that you're building muscle without storing excess fat. The diet is key and more than on a calorie deficit phase, as the cleaner the diet the less impact on fat storage and easier it is too lean back down.

To be honest unless your body fat is sub 15%, and trying to prevent the loss of definition, I wouldn't worry too much about putting on fat as it will be hardly noticeable if you control your diet.

FF,s ivermectin, if you stopped being fed the MSM bullshit, it worked for many, who we capable of thinking and researching themselves. Both my partner and I who are in our 60's had covid in the early covid period and took ivermectin, followed the guidance closely from doctors who were demonstrating that it worked. Why, because we were at our age not prepared to take something that had no long term data, whilst ivermectin has been around for ages and the data was there to support that it was no risk to our health if proper dosage was given. Our symptoms were ridiculously mild. We have been told some serious lies around covid. And there also no doubt, there is a profile that covid is seriously dangerous to, but money is always underneath every story

There was no data to support off label prescribing and certainly less data around the side effects when mixed with other perscribed medications.

So we have no evidence it works but an increased risk of unknown side effects when combining with basically an "unlimited" cocktail of other meds. What harm can it do, who the fcuk knows - It could be none or 100k people drop dead because they had an adverse reaction as they were on some random heart medication.

The Ladies Gaelic Football Association (LGFA) has introduced a new policy that allows transgender women and girls to play the sport except in circumstances where an "unacceptable risk" arises.

The new policy, which was ratified on Wednesday, states the association "is committed to the inclusion" of transgender women and that it "will not tolerate any harassment or discrimination".

The policy applies to all transgender women and girls over the age of 12 who seek to play or continue playing the sport.

Transgender players "who have transitioned or are transitioning from male to female" are required to make an application to a new Transgender Application Committee.

Hardly see this being a good approach for ladies teams that sometimes have 14 year olds playing for them to be sharing a dressing room and getting changed with a man
