I'd still take a draw...!

The stars are aligning for Arsenal. Hard to see them being stopped at this stage.

Firmino leaving.

8 years, 7 trophies.

Thanks for the memories Bobby!
Will miss him, a great player over the years.
Scored the winning goal to win the World Cup. :)
His hat trick against Arsenal will also live long in the memory especially the second goal which left about 4 Arsenal players on their holes.

As for Sunday, I'd be absolutely delighted with a draw. Unfortunately that shower seem to have got their act together and our levels have dropped spectacularly so a draw would be a great result imo.

Might be time to get Barry Horne out of retirement..

Fourth last season was achieved with 71 points.

Liverpool are presently on 39.

They'd need 10-2-2 finish to the league to achieve 71.

Our last shitty year we finished 3rd with 69 in 20/21.
It's not looking likely at all especially with the fixtures they have to play in April with Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs.
The performance last night was pretty poor despite the win.

I've heard the game on Sunday is actually our Cup Final(the dopes have been waiting 10 years to say that) I hope we don't wear the cream suits beforehand  ;D

Anyone else finding it hard to get bothered about the game tonight? The fact that it's Wolves again probably playing a part in that but also I'm just waiting for this season to be over at this stage .

Anyone ever bought running shoes from China off the likes of aliexpress, or is that a no no? Surely most of them are made in China anyway but the quality from these sites are not guaranteed.
Wouldn't think they'd be great to be honest.

The new Hoka carbons aren't one bit clunky...I used to be Nike all the way but now find the new Hoka lightweight and a great running shoe..the carbon x2 can be picked up at decent money too
Am tempted to try the Saucony
Like I said what suits one might not suit another. I only tried the Clifton to be fair and found it too narrow and very heavy. Haven't bought a Hoka since.
Saucony are great indeed imo anyway!

Would you all run in different types of shoes? I tend to stick with the one make. I've a couple of pairs of Asics. Tried to merge a pair of Adidas in but started to get sore soles so ditched them.
Yeah I've a good few pairs of different brands. Favourites are New Balance and Saucony. The Saucony Endorphin Speeds for example are a great shoe and not that expensive.
Can't have those Hokas at all though, find them heavy and a bit clunky and I think if you want a cushioned runner there are better options out there ,though what suits one might not suit another.

Always remember his commentary for the Robbie Keane goal vs Germany in 2002.

Top 4 is still a long shot, anyway I'm sick of them playing Madrid ffs.
Looking forward to them playing Qarabag FK in the Europa Conference League next year 😂

Liverpools downfall was upsetting the beast by going 2 up.😬
Madrid in total control once they scored their first. Next 3 were all Liverpool mistakes and bad defending. The 5th was just brilliant from Benzema.
Hey we've been 3 down before and came back but it's very unlikely this is going to be overturned.

FSG said today there will be funds available in the summer, it's going to take serious funds to get the team back to where it was.
