General discussion / Re: Strange Eating Habits

QuoteMrs Puck eats tuna fish right out of the can mixed up with ketchup

Mrs Puck is a good doll then, I eat anything with red sauce and a quick favourite of mine is to fire the beans in the sauce pan, heat them up then chuck the contents of a tin of tuna in, stirr and there you have it- mmmmm!!!!

I would mainly always eat cold beans, and as mentioned about potatoes cold is the same for pizza, chicken, chineses and bolognese the next day also - all tase nice whether hot or cold.  Surely everybody eats batchelors super noodles or pasta with tuna and onion mixed in aswell?

I hope Fergie starts Tevez and Rooney and plays 4-4-2.

QuoteAs a Celtic fan, I believe that all teams should be treated equal, not changing the goal posts to advantage one team - congratulations to Rankers for managing to manipulate the SPL once more.

Wise up, If it were the other way about would Celtic have received the same treatment?  If not, then it is a disgrace.  But it seems like common sense!

Well minder, I thought your network was down or something - you've been unusually quiet!

Did you watch the Owen Roes minor game against Urney - what kind of minor team have you's this year?  This would be the same group that did well in 2004 at u-14

I assume he means Essien.

QuoteThink 4 points is not enough. Essentially we need Sparky to recall his Chelsea days, and not his Manc days this weekend...

I don't think there would be any doubt where his loyalties would lay between the 2 clubs, but again I don't think this will come into it.  United haven't had it all their own way against Blackburn recently, and I wouldn't want to have to get a result from West Ham considering our recent form against them.

What time is Joe C Wales' fight on Saturday night?  4am?

I hope he shuts Hopkins up for good, I particularly like what he said when interviewed yesterday - "My dad always taught me to respect my elders, but the old man's going to get battered on Saturday night for 12 rounds."

Yeah, its a pity everybody didn't hold your views.

True AZ, but in my heyday (late 90's), we had the same problem, which, as you said, seems like a vicious circle.  Everywhere we played there was a 'Ball games prohibited' sign, but they were ignored and in reality apart from the odd disgruntled neighbour forcing us to move an odd time we were allowed to continue for the majority of the time without any interruption.

QuoteWhats the real solution to this problem? Is there enough provisions for amusement? In areas there arent usually enough provisions for these kids. We have playgrounds for toddlers etc, but what for teenagers.

Just reading through it there and I for once have to agree with Minders comments.  This crap about 'Oh the poor kids have nothing to do...' is played out.  FFS most towns were/are the same.  Where I grew up you had nothing to do, and in fact some people did the old hanging around shops, acting the hood craic - but most of us but a £1.60 cup champion ball and played football/gaelic/hurling everyday without the use of a 'park' etc.  Blame the parents!
