I hope you are not tipping him based on a John Duggan recommendation, that guys tips are muck

Whos John Duggan? I was just thinking he will run well cause he likes the ground and isnt carrying too much weight. Will be terrible ground today due to recent rain. He won last time out too.

Anyone know how to go about getting tickets for the Carling Cup Final? Me and my da are big spurs fans and have flights and hotel booked. How hard will they be to get?

His price will change a fair bit then in the next few days according to what race he goes for and how well he goes. Will keep a look out anyhow. 8/1 for the trimuph hurdle is short enough to be honest!

Good win for Morocco today. They could be dangerous. Ghana didnt really look impressive last night but at least they won. I backed them at 4/1 and am happy enough with it!

I spent a year in Oz 6 months in New Zealand and 3 months in the states. I would advise anyone to travel and see the world when you have the chance. The chance will soon pass you buy once you get a job you like and have other commitments at home

Often wondered myself why Buckfast was largely confined to certain parts of the North and particularly the Lurgan area where it is simply known as "wine"! I remember my first day as a student going into the off licence in agincourt ave and asking for a bottle of wine as they were behind the counter. The lady replied what colour and I didnt know what she was talking about.
In the toilets in the cellar bar in Lurgan they have local newspaper cuttings dating back to the thirtes. I seen Buckfast advertised on the front page of one of these so it has long been established as the drink of choice in the area

I have started going to the gym after work in the evenings. I dont really eat anything before i go except for my lunch about four hours prior to this. I then eat my dinner when I go home. Usually two spuds chicken and veg or something similar. I am looking to lose weight and was wondering is this the correct way to go about it?
Also has anyone got a good routine for the gym. I normally do 15 minutes on the bike 15 minutes on the treadmill then 15 minutes on the cross trainer. I then do 10 lengths of the pool. As I say Im looking to lose weight so any ideas would be much appreciated.

This weekend Im doing a lucky 31 on five first goalscorers. My selections are Robbie Keane, Ronaldo, Eduardo, Owen and Anelka! Reckon it is a good bet and should yield a very good profit if 3 or more of them can score first.

Any thoughts on the chapion bumper? Time electric looked impressive at the christmas festival at lepordstown. Interesting to see Paul Nicolls talking about one of his horses for it. He is having a great season and I wouldnt rule out. Would be surprising to see an English trained winner tho

Glencove Marina is the most exciting prospect i have seen this year. Would strongly fancy him for the Arkle if he is still going to it. For me Sublimity and Kauto are still the horses to beat and would reckon them to be the festival bankers

In fairness lads while there's a fair bit to go yet, a long road has been travelled. Credit where credit is due, people can say a lot things, better to judge them by what they do.

Point accepted passedit. I suppose like everything else these things take time

I understand the sentiments behind it but after his comments on radio this morning claiming the gaa was not a sporting organisation the gaa should leave it at that instead of inviting him to croker. Surely his comments on the radio this morning will do nothing to enhance the relationship between the gaa and DUPer's
