Spare your righteous indignation for the people who come into "someone's house" and flout the rules that are spelled out by the owners in black and white.

As above, if the owners aren't bothered, that their call. Stop whingeing about it.

As for my 'righteous indignation', well that simply shows your own lack of self awareness.

If you don't like this place, maybe you both could please leave?

If you're not inclined to leave, maybe try treating this forum like you're visiting someone else's house, you may not agree with everything that's going on but good manners mean you whisper about it amongst yourselves as opposed to openly saying anything.

Self entitled little shites the pair of ye

"Someone else's house?" Whose? Yours?

No, the Mods/Admins house. If they think a person is entitled to express an opinion, or can't be bothered to action your request, that's up to them. It's also up to them to not action their own rules, as and when they see fit.

What a pathetic grouping of middle-aged to old men who don't realise the dinosaurs they are. Leaving it to the rest of us to mop up your slop after you're dead and buried.

The self importance that you are both displaying is really rather disturbing.

His sole purpose is to wind people up with extremist alt-right talking points. Ban him.

His sole purpose...... In your own words.

I'll assume both yourself and Syferus are intelligent adults, but suggest it's time for you both to take a break from the internet and engage your brains with real people. Absolutely pathetic

Ooops had a scoop of pinteeens re last post in here , apologies .

What I meant to say was I suspect horan has written off 2019 as rebuilding exercise ,my suspicion comes from the trials held and a little talk I hear from time to time . Perhaps he's right to do so but is it fair on some of the lads who are most likely playing in their last year ? I'm sure I'm not the only one to hear theres a little discontent with a few veterans shall we say.

Getting the excuses in for the flippity flop early I see.

Excuses for what? It's an ageing team, with essentially a new manager.

When an aging team and a hurling manager meet who wins, Stephenite? :o

Won't be Mayo. So Galway or Ros?

Stephenite, if Roscommon win in McHale in the championship (and the league too while I'm at it), I couldn't give a damn if we flame out immediately. No one but Dublin is winning the AI so all that's to play for is bragging rights.0

I'm a tad confused, are you now the one getting your excuses in early?

Great to see Easkey win, they were always a go to challenge game for us at underage (and likewise for them I'm sure).

Good old Muredeachs stock on the line too

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/nov/13/northern-irish-farmers-brexit-enniskillen

Maguire, who owns and rents farmland and does not want to return to the old days when there was "nothing but trouble" on the border, said: "To be quite honest, nobody knows what's going on."

He fears that if tariffs are put on sheep, his sales market is dead. "The first thing that will go are the sheep. Seventy percent of them go south to be killed. If there's barriers there, the market goes," Maguire said.

For him, the approach of the DUP is unfathomable. The party does not represent border communities and is threatening the livelihoods of farmers on the border, he said. "The DUP are backing themselves into a corner. They are not going to agree unless it's their way or no way. They are holding the government to ransom," Maguire said.

Protestant Farmers to a man voted leave. They hate the "red tape" that the EU enforces in return for subsidies. They think leaving the EU will remove this. Boy are they in for a shock.

Mods, can we ban for complete horseshit that is posted?

Ballintubber in a bit of bother here , although as I type tourlestrane have a man sent off . Very low scoring game 0-5 to 0-4 in favour of tubber.
And what a disgraceful decision it was too. Turned the game back in Ballintubber favour.
How? Ballintubber were winning by a point when he was sent off and won by a point in the end
They basically kept possesion for the majoriry of the remaining 15 minutes rather than try and kick on and try and play a bit.

That's a spectacular response Mano
