For clothes etc tell her to try Century 21 down at Ground Zero.  Also if she brings her passport to customer services on 1st floor mezzanine in Macys, they'll give her a card that deducts the tax (11% I think) off the price.
When I travel to the US I bring very little clothes and buy out there as the prices are so good, I'm not sure that your wife will do that.  Mine certainly doesn't.
Most of the airlines have tightened up on weight allowances so she will need to be careful, I put heavier items into my carry on case.

I saw them in the City Hotel in Armagh, a couple of years ago, where they were hosted by the North/South Ministerial Council.  They were excellent and had lambeg and bohran drummers.  Mrs BC is doing a good job as this orchestra is as good as they come.

Congratulations are due to both clubs.  You have raised the interest of the County. The flags and signs are a credit to you.  What with the colours and excitement in the city and the minors winning, it almost compensates for the laughing stock that our County Board have made of us.
Good luck to both clubs and the pre match arrangements deserve a great game.

When the GAA appointed a Welfare Officer, it was people like this that I would like to see the GAA look after first.  Having lived in England and the US I have run across a few ex GAA players down on their luck who could have benefited from a hand up.

General discussion / Re: Most unusual job you ever had

Three of us were given a bucket ONE hand shovel and put on the roof of Brinton's carpet factory in Kidderminister cleaning the drains.  The foreman who was afraid of heights would climb the ladder and say in a Black country accent "I can never catch youse working but you get the job done".  It helped that i was such a good summer.
Also worked in a cake factory in Brum putting 4 almonds on each iced cake!

kayak.com, the US site not the european site.  Go into all the sites they recommend as chaeptickets often drops it's prices.

I enquired about the train from Portadown to Dublin on Sunday, there is no footballspecial for Tyrone and its £33.50 return on the Enterprise.  Looks like its driving and parking well out
