The quote that I heard last night coming from Elliott's yard was
"This horse could fall down twice and still win"
He wasn't quiet that good, but a very sound winner.
I thought the price was short enough myself!! Small regret now though

She was awesome, laughed at them.

Brought up a nice "Ruby's Double" for me, wasn't going to have a punt on the last race, but with things going well a few other mates who are also fairing well going for it, I'll have a wee tipple on Tullamore Dew e/w.

Again, wasn't on the winner, but delighted for the connections, who brought me much joy with Sizing Europe. Great ride by Lynch I thought

Couldn't back him myself, but you have to be delighted for all the connections. That is one Ruby wanted and Willie deserves one. I wouldn't like to be Hardy's bookie after that one!!

Lets hope Quevega can follow it up.

Only seeing this thread now, but I did post this at around midnight on the main thread, so throwing it in, nothing to do with the fact that there was a 10/1 winner to start it all off  ;)

Luke "Ming" Flanagan elected.

2 FG more than likely to carry in on his transfers.

Ming not only elected but the first man that got in our region, He's gone into the pub now met him on the way out with a big hand shake & well done!

Ming's first day in the Dail!!!

RTE have completely ignored the constituency of Louth as soon as the man from the North got home, "I haven't looked at it at all" John Bowman!!

Anyway, Kirk was the only gtd FF seat in the country, Adams was sadly the poll topper, but Fergus O Dowd was home in first count and will be a minister, Nash for Labour will comfortably take the third seat and Fitzer is odds on to take the final seat. The count is now adjourned until 10.30 in the morning when they will distribute Breatnach (FF) which will give Carroll (FF) the very last desperate chance of getting in ahead of Fitzer for FG.

Is Enda slippin in a cheeky one from behind in this shot? Looks like he likes to be in control too with a bit of arm grappling going on!

I doubt if you were the only one that thought that!!
