Cavan were a disgrace today and I'm not a Galls man. The dirt they dished out was unbelievable. The Galls lads did retaliate in the end but the dirt won out.

Although a theoretical argument, I believe that were St Gall's placed in Down Div1 (or Div 2), they would struggle.

A complete rocket & has to be a WUM :D

Correct. That ones a clown and always has been. Look back at his posts.

Having said that, and given where the lad lives, he should join Bredagh. I know some of them and they aren't as daft as Onion Bag.

Ballygalget are 15/4 on Paddy Power to win and EVNS -6 pts on the handicap. I reckon that's good value an I've made a small investment. Cushendall aren't that much better than them.

London and New York have played in Ulster so why not Westmeath? It would improve the competition.

However I don't think they 're serious. They are just exposing how stupid the current rules are. Antrim can enter Ulster and Leinster but Carlow & Westmeath can even enter their own provincial championship.

Has St Brids even got a senior hurling team yet?  You may have noticed that last week Bredagh won the Antrim league at their 1st attempt.  Not bad eh?

St Bridget's have an adult hurling team but they aren't very good. They only started this year but they are doing good work with the kids.

I used to play for Rossa but live in the south of the city now.  I've always enjoyed a bit of banter with the Bredagh lads on the odd occasion I've entered the Parador. They may not own their own pitch but Cherryvale has all the facilities any club needs.

Frankie Q told a few of us the final can't be played in Casement this week because they are digging trenches or something. It's down for Casement in the paper. Is there a chance it will be moved or in FQ actin the bollock (again)?

Johnnycool - surprised at the timing of your managers holiday. Did he not expect youse to get this far?

his holidays were planned to fit between the Down final and the Ulster final which was initially scheduled for the 26th of October.

At no point was a semi-final mentioned and then the final brought forward a week at the last minute without any agreement from either club.

Typical Ulster Council! If there's a way to feck up peoples plans they'll find it! Knowing how dedicated Gerard is I was surprised to here he was away.

When was the last time Dwyer's fielded a team?

They still turn out in South Antrim occasionally.

Yes, the Pomeroy boys that were with John Devlin were dead on but thon shower of Down f**kers were cat.

From where I was standing it was a clear penalty if that's what you're on about.

Liatroim beat Castleblaney in the other IHC semi final. The final will be in 2 weeks because of the Gorts draw. That replay should be in Casement before the senior final on Sunday.

Gort Na Mona and Carrickmore drew in the IHC. Replay next weekend.

I thought the officials did ok. What's the fuse about?
