Apparently so. I caught the sport headlines on MWR and he won't make the international rules panel because of it.

Must have happened at the Kilmacud 7's competition? Thats a shame... but at least he wont miss to much county / club action. A good rest and layoff could in fact do him good as he has a lot of miles clicked up in recent years. Hope he makes a full recovery.

Just got a HTC wildfire the other day.  What you make of them Abbeysider.

How do you send whats app messages were the recipent actually hears you saying the message to them.  At the minute it only sends the message in text format after I have spoken into the phone?

Wildfire is a nice entry level smartphone, only difference between it and the Desires is memory and processor speeds.

iPhones are Ok but you cant really multi task and you are generally tied down to other apple products like iTunes etc

The Samsung Galaxy S2 or the HTC Sensation are the two phones I would recommend.
But I am an Android developer so maybe I am biased!

That's the type of advice I'm after, being a developer myself. HTC it is...reason being I dont like my current Samsung.

The Androids on my desk right now include a:
1 x Vodafone Joy -  Piece of sh!t
1 x Samsung Galaxy Spica - Passed the test of time, not a bad phone for an oldie, running Android 1.6 I think
1 x HTC Desire - One of the first phones to use Android 2.1 and HTC Sense
2 x HTC Desire s - Upgraded version of original Desire, less buggy and slightly better battery
2 x HTC Desire z - Upgraded version of Desire s, really nice phone
1 x Samsung Galaxy II - Although blocky and big looking; its my favourite. It feels like a computer in your paw
1 x HTC Sensation - Cooler looking than the Galaxy II but every so slightly slower processor, maybe not as good battery life, but not much in it though. I dont think there is a huge difference in performance.
I think I prefer the Galaxy as I have used HTC so much the Galaxy is still kinda new to me.

It does look set to be a repeat of last year's final. Knockmore, since beating Ballaghaderreen in the quarter finals have lost to Westport by 9 points and Ballina by 10 in the league. Forwards didn't do much in those games I'm afraid.

Yeah but its well known that Knockmore's main focus is the championship and they dont give a fiddlers for the league -  thats their word from the camp anyway.

Personally I think that winning is a habit and you should go out to win everything as losing can cast doubt in a players mind, or effect confidence but every team to their own.

Seriously, I do think Ballina are a very experienced side that could easily Ballintubber, and in my view, Knockmore might have the forwards to seriously trouble Castlebar so its not clear cut at all.

I think Cross tried to swap weekends with Ballagh who had a bye and a few more who were not down to play at the weekend and we would have been happy to do that or to play it any time over the weekend.

I dont think it mattered who we played if anyone was willing to swap with Cross.

Next Monday night. I don't know why they couldn't do it tonight.

I would like to know why they draw couldnt take place tonight too. I dont understand what the wait is.

I can only tell the story based on the information I know.

Ballintubber were due to play Crossmolina in a Senior Division 1A league game on Sunday at 12pm but Crossmolina didn't show.

Now I know some of them had a wedding in Kerry on Saturday night and they were trying to swap the fixture or postpone it, and as far as I know we did everything we could to accommodate them but they were unsuccessful and the fixture was supposed to go ahead as planned.

Long story short, Ballintubber got the walk over and the points but it was very disappointing, especially when the home team had no clue the away team were not travelling, and the supporters arrived at a game to be turned away. I can only guess there was a breakdown in communication in Crossmolina as are fielding 3 teams all year so surely they could gather up a few extra lads for a fixture.

How are the Crossmolina heads this morning?
That was a funny stunt that was pulled on Sunday morning. Showed a lack of respect.

Muppet probably is dead on the button. Castlebar will win the county championship this year in Mayo. (I've said that for the past number of years, but this year seems to be coming to fruition for them!)
