I'd be wary of spending much on Fab IPTV. The big boys are all under pressure and likely to be closed. Its already starting. I the small independent ones you want to be looking at.

Smart STB - 25 euro after a free trial for 1 week. Much better than the other one. It is a Mag box emulator which means, if your provider supplies it, you will get all the features from the Mag. The best being catch-up if your provider does it. Mine does and I get 14 days of catch up on 99% of the channels which means I cant ever miss a show.

Should have also said if its an Android TV or Box I would recommend the following two Apps

STB EMU
Nitro STB

Again, both mag box emulators.

Perfect Player I would stay a million miles away from because any supplier who is giving you there M3U files is basically sharing their server location with  the world and will be targeted by SKY and the like. Quite a lot of suppliers are refusing to supply m3u files now.

Will these apps onto a Firestick or best to buy a box from ebay?

STB EMU and Nitro will both go onto firestick. STB EMU is in the app store but i think you have to side load Nitro.

I'd say cavan would prefer Brewster, played a lot games there over the years.

Kingscourt has previously held league games in the past however with all these silly new H&S rules it is nearly impossible to host a game in a club ground if you get more than 5k at it. No more than in Sligo, you wouldnt be anywhere near able to host a championship game in Enniscrone or Tubbercurry

A lot of teams don't stack up on it. Cavan at No 15 despite promotion to Div 1. Laois 12 despite spending this year in Div 4, Kildare 16 despite playing in Div 1 all year and as you said Tipp.

Most teams are playing the same way (or are trying to), or have the basis of their play in that defensive set up - the difference is the bigger counties have mastered the defensive part and are able to break at speed which makes it a different game to watch. Other counties have more laboured forward play, but it too will develop. Compare donegal 2011 with 2012 - the foundations were laid in 2011, and built on in 2012.

In the monaghan v fermanagh game, contrary to the popular narrative, there were occasions in the game where every player, except the fermanagh goalie, were in the monaghan half of the pitch. Doesn't fit the lazy narrative tho, does it?

Agree too. There are slight different shades of what teams are doing but basically it is the same principle. The difference in Donegal and Fermanagh is that Donegal have the players to break with speed and power and the forwards to drive in early ball to if they can. Fermanagh dont have the same options so their counters are much slower and patient and risk adverse.
