K'clogher v Galbally - Galbally on the basis of their win at the weekend.
Carmen v Trillick - Carmen will be too strong as Trillick are struggling. Carmen may struggle in the semi's to get scores without McNally. Mind you, never write off carmen.
Errigal v Dromore - Dromore are very experienced at this stage and may muscle Errigal out of it.
Omaghh v Ardboe - Draw. Nothing between the 2 teams.

Prospect of some great semi-final pairings:

Oma v K'clogher
Trillick v Dromore
Carmen v Errigal

Cant see Carmen fielding at full strength tomorrow night. They have big injury concerns at the minute. Clarke may play a few squad players.
Anyway sure Carmen will give Kildress the points anyway. A few Kildress lads are kissing around the parish so it would only be right ;) ;)

Was the Carrickmore v Kildress game played last night. According to Wee Roddy on Tuesday, they were playing last night.

No - both teams agreed to play it wednesday night but it wasn't allowed as all games in teh last two rounds have to be played simultaneously...can't see carrickmore giving kildress anything handy anyway

I see that Eglish v Trillick is fixed for Sunday afternoon according to Tyrone gaa website. All the other games are on at 6pm Saturday evening.

The Ardboe v Killyclogher game has been changed to Sat at 3pm.

Eglish have Trillick at home which is very winnable givenTrillicks current form, and Dromore at home in the last game. Dromore have nothing to play for in the league.

The Lough have Omagh and Ardboe to play. Omagh will definately need the points for top 4 and Ardboe may also need them to be sure of top 4 depending on results this weekend.

2nd last league game this weekend. What are peoples predictions for the make-up for the top 4 and bottom 3 in Div 1. I'll go with:

Aghyarn, L'macrory & Eglish - L'macrory straight down and Eglish to win the playoff with Aghyarn.

Errigal, Ardboe, Carmen & Omagh - Ardboe to win the league

Carrickmore & Ardboe also need the points to remain in the top 4. However, it is unlikely that they would both lose their last 2 league games. Clonoe are 4 points behind them and 1 point behind Omagh.

Are Clonoe putting a big push in to get into the top 4?

Some big games this weekend in the relegation battle in Div 1. Trillick V Eglish, Moy v Aghyarn, Kildres v Carmen and Killyclogher v Ardboe.

Will any teams not be playing at full strength due to the championship being only 6 days after the league games.

runour has it that there may be interest from the trio of
keiran mc gurk, neil smyth and martin mc quillan
u heard it hear first ;)

This would be hilarious. I had Kieran McGurk as manager at club level. Truly awful. Great commitment too!!! He left us midseason in the middle of a relegation battle.

Told us all how great he was all the time. "I trained 19 nights training in my day, with a broken leg" All that type of crap. Would be good entertainment value. Go for it Armagh.

See post below copied from Hoganstand website - Interesting!

I think credit has to go to the County board in relation to the ACL this year, however, there are still a couple of amendments that should be made.
Positives:
13 League games played to date - August
Only 4 games played without county players - max of 5 if Tyrone had progressed to All-Ireland final
Minimum 4 league games played in July and August per club compared to 1 last year

Negitives:
Starred games have not always been equal e.g. Kildress (0 county player) v Moy (4 county players).

I would propose a similar system next year, but with a maximum of 4 starred games. There should also be 3 mini leagues in Div 1 for starred games. If the same teams were in Div 1 next yr, starred games should involve the following clubs playing each other as follows:

Group A - 0 County Men
Clonoe
Galbally
Coalisland
Kildress
Eglish

Group B - 1 County Man
L'macrory
Carmen
Donaghmore
Trillick
Aghyarn

Group B - 2-4 County Men
Errigal
Ardboe
Omagh
Moy
Dromore
Killyclogher

What do people think?

What about the other Q-finals MR99 - Who should win? My tips -

Carmen
Errigal
Ardboe
Killyclogher

I think, Carmen, Errigal, Ardboe and Galbally.  Galbally are a more complete team that Killyclogher and Ardboe should be too strong for Moy now that McConville and Coney have returned.  Ardboe may be an outside chance for title and Micky Donnelly is a very good manager.  Mayobridge did not have much success without him this year in Down

How did you come to the conclusion that Galbally are a more complete team than Killyclogher?

Maybe someone should send the fixtures to MR99. Moy exited the Championship many months ago. But Ardboe could still be too strong for Omagh.

I take it the fixtures haven't been released for the Championship and people are just guessing. Maybe Killyclogher and Galbally feels like an Intermediate game!

Those Tyrone players named do not seem like the type of people who would start fights. Obviously, Mugsy's reputation brings it own troubles.
