Watching the 9 o clock news there and its unbelievable at how backward the people are up there in the north! Such a big rigmarole and panic about flying a flag! Them wans protesting/rioting shud be just keeping their heads down and saying nothing for as long as they can - when the english taxpayers will have decided to finally stop bailing out the 6 counties who will these gobshites go to for money then? Will they still be waving union jacks?

God love poor Michelle Heaton. She's a brave girl to go on the show and talk about her plight.

Well done Donegal!!
Deserved champions. Mayo will have to try again but in fairness they have improved. There'll be some craic in Donegal tonight. :-)

Mayo's late and off the ball challenges are a disgrace and are matched only by rte's biased commentary against Donegal.
Hopefully May will shit the brick like they usually do and let football be the winner.

Still better to watch it on rte than the bbc where a championship programme is only broadcast if a team from the north is playing and they're not biased either ;-)   .........

Have Mayo learned anything from their last 2 finals? Big day chokers again! Game over!

Is that game over already?

No way! But next couple of scores for Donegal and it could be!

Best Wishes to all involved today - Personally hope Mayo can do it - They've suffered too many times at the hands of the green & gold so hopefully they wont succomb today!!

GAA Discussion / Re: Donegal v Kerry AIQF

This will be a very tough one for either Kerry or Donegal - 2 sides that have never played each other in championship (Correct me if i'm wrong !) Jim McGuinness will have a fair oul insight into Kerry from his years running about Tralee and playing Sigerson with the RTC.
However I feel we still have the better forwards to shade it.
