As shite as Mignolet is I think he's better than Karius. I've never seen anything from Karius to suggest he could be good long term.

Rumours coming out about Clyne though not 100% sure what they are?  :-\

Interesting that the Everton guys on here want to dredge up all kinds of dirt rather than talk football on the match itself.  Not very classy.
the match..thought we competed better than the league game and thought it was a much more even match. It was never a penalty for the 1st goal, in fact I thought it was a clear dive and will be interesting to see if the fa act, doubt it though. Disappointing to concede from a corner at the end, pickford was poor for that one. Thought we had done enough to get a replay, didnt happen for us though. Didnt think liverpool were the same threat without coutinho and salah.
Interesting that liverpool fans dont want to talk about what every other fan and media outlet is talking about from rhe match though. Hope there was no racial slur and it was all a misunderstanding but the silence from the 2 clubs says something has happened.
Pretty much every Liverpool fan who posts on this thread have commented on it.
Yeah was it talked about 4/5 pages back. Obviously the Coutinho transfer is massive news and is taking up a lot of attention. I hope Firmino hasn't said anything of a racial nature, if he has then he deserves a long ban, and I'm not sure what more can said until the FA do their investigations.

Is tomorrow's match still in Glenavy at 2pm? Heard a whimper the pitch isn't in good shape and alternatives are being sought.

I remember reading this at the time. Niall Deasy from Ballyhea, Co. Clare played league hurling for Parnells in Dublin but championship for Ballyhea

See Flanagan has pleaded guilty to assaulting his girlfriend pre Christmas. The club needs to get rid of him unfortunately.  No excuses for that

Yep has to go. That's not acceptable.

He might get a game in the NFL!

He looks every inch a Liverpool player tho.  Treating your women like shit is also quite the norm at the club.  Even Rodgers went with the flow, dumping his wife for thon floozy receptionist!
What an absolute clown  ;D

He was valued at 50m in the summer and goes for 75m six months later, when not even playing well.
I think it would have took about £60m in the summer, but he wasn't for sale. Think the price went up due to the huge mess that Liverpool made in the summer and the fact that Southampton knew other clubs were interested.

Was it close? Hopefully this won't deter Jim from continuing with his contributions with Antrim and Ulster... after a fiver year stint he could come and make a bid again

All Arsenal in the last 30 minutes of that half and have somehow not scored.
Because that's what you get when you spend the money on the world's best keeper instead of going for a Chelsea reserve player on a free transfer.
£10 million

You paid £10M for a keeper not right in the head?  Get to fcuk?!?! Seriously??
I paid £10 million? No, but Arsenal did.
And I dont support Arsenal.

Derval O'Rourke was a total farce in that last show. Wasn't much better in the 90's one
