Hopefully that team should do it.  Glad that Drogba isn't starting, nerves kicking in now  :P

I think whoever scores first will go through tonight.  I wouldn't rule out extra time.

I just hope we get a strong referee  :-\

Poor old Norf will have to go back on the valium again. That was as clear a penalty and red card that you'll ever see.

Combine that with having paid 50M for that moody fecker up front as well.

They'll be lucky to get 15mill for him in the summer..
Deal of the century for Liverpool FC.

Not much point in getting 50m when you spend 35m on Andy Ponytail Carroll  ;)

Great to see all the bitters sticking their heads in. Don't worry lads, it doesn't affect your teams   :D :D

Anyway, these penalty decisions even themselves out over the season  :D

Hardly good value.  How Torres missed that chance is beyond me, Evra done well to clear Lampards effort.  Should be level.  Chelsea have to come out to score which may play into Uniteds hands if they can get Nannys pace on.

Nani's  ;)

Very happy with that team especially with Hernandez starting....Nani to come on for park at HT if things aren't going well
Bit of a risk with Rafael and Rio but they must be fit or Fergie wouldn't risk them

No way would he risk a half fit player in a Champions League quarter final.

Fergie did it in 2007 v  Ac Milan.

The defensive injury crisis was a lot worse then

Surprised with the lineup.  SAF certainly going for a goal.  Hopefully Hernandez can be supplied, if so then he'll score.  Also, with Hernandez playing on the last shoulder, defenders can't play a high line due to his speed and finishing ability.  This leaves Rooney more room to operate between the midfield and forward area.

Well, that's how it works in theory.  Can't see us keeping a clean sheet with that midfield.

So, do we think Scholes will play?

I love it when Utd go behind. You see all the leaches coming on here and then Utd go on to win the crying about Reffs starts. Great stuff.  :D

Where you not the boy coming on here a few weeks back and embarassed yourself so much that you had to make an apology for a trampish comment, and here you are back refering to people as 'leaches'?

If you read back no one was under any illusion on here when WH were 2 up that United would not come back.

The West Ham foul was inside the box- just. Vidic definatley should not have had a red for the pull back on Djemba Ba, but was a bit lucky not to have got a second yellow for a foul later in the game.

The problem is that because United are a popular club, and have more support than most clubs they tend to assist myths regarding referee's decisions.

For example last year in Old Trafford Chelsea undoubtedly got the rub of the green with Drogba's goal, and you'd believe that that was the only decision in the game. However no one wants to remember Macheda's hand ball for the consolation. If people shout about one thing over and over again it quickly appears to be fact.

The power of numbers.

Enjoy 19.

It's ok Norf.  Take a wee breather.

James Sherry
Peter Sherry
Tommy McElroy
Shane Lyons
Niall Bogue
Fergal Murphy

All have walked.

It's becoming a farce.  Normally if players leave a panel then I wouldn't go hankering after them, but there must be something seriously wrong in the camp.  Surely the management has to change?  Given all the players that have left, what would the current starting 15 be?

Does anyone know what the players' grievances are with the management?

Indeed.
I have heard that another 4 or 5 have pulled out.
I suppose that the team on Sunday will tell the story.
Things are going to get worse before they get better

Who have you heard FG?

All does not appear to be well in the Fermanagh camp.

Any word of who the lads are that have pulled out of the panel?  I heard Peter Sherry was one.  Fermanagh cant afford to be losing players of his calibre when the pick is already so small.

Who is the young lad Flanagan on the bench?
