Any casualties to report? I made it home around 11.00 (apparently). No scares or broken bones discovered yet.

Thank God I was on the rip yesterday and didn't read the hype around Jericho.  Could have lost a fortune. I reckon I'll follow McCoy closely today.

The Hole in wall on Atlantic Ave in N Belfast is closing. Sad days when some of the best old pubs in the city are closing their doors.

Great speeches from both McCain and Obama. I never thought it could happen in my life time.

Great advice Franko. The bet of the weekend is Nemo Rangers @ 8/15 to beat Kerins O'Rahillys.

Does anybody know where the Éire Óg v Gort Na Mona match will be played on Sunday?

The first game was at a Tyrone venue (Dungannon) so surely the replay should be at Casement?

Stewards inquiry into O'Brien's tactics. His 3 front runners set the pace then finished last.

It was a disgrace that those 2 lads were allowed to play for Clonoe today. Justice was done in the end but the Tyrone Co Board were at their work by allowing them to play.
