Tyrone fixtures makers taking lots of plaudits for the early finish this year but did the reserve legaues not descend into a bit of a farce?
What has happened the Div 2 reserve league?? 3 teams level, who are the winners? Not that it matters greatly outside of the teams involved!!

It definitely does matter to some teams - I hear its going to the ulster council for a decision - AFAIK Loughmacrory putting in a complaint about Greencastle finishing level on points with the others.

Think Ulster Council ruled in favour of Loughmacrory but TCB have passed it on to Croke Park for a hearing

Omagh are 11/2 for a reason, how many poor bookmakers do you know?? They rarely get it wrong

Saying Cross arnt as big or physical as previous makes me laugh, have you seen them this year?? Omagh will be bullied out of it. Hanratty will run straight over the top of Omaghs midfield

I'd be more concerned about Omaghs "lack of game time" 1 Month to prepare, surely Clonoe arnt happy after last years turnaround!!!

In the same way carmen and dromore were going to bully omagh? Would u be saying the same thing if either of those teams were playing. Lazy old stereotypcal analysis. And why would hanratty dominate against omaghs strongest area of the field with grugan and mcmahon?

Cross definite favourites and should win but not for silly lazy reasons put forward by club boi. Obviously hasnt seen tbis omagh team play.

I have seen All of Omaghs Championship games this year, and played against the majority of them. By all accounts they should've got beaten by Coalisland, Dromore and Carrickmore (2 late goals getting the wins) Hanratty will run over Either Mc Mahon in his way and Morgan will eat O'Neill. I really hope Omagh do play defensively with 13 men behind the ball as Cross will just push up and play with 13 forwards, and I know which set of forwards will score more on the day to win

I think your vastly overrating Johnny Hanratty and massively under rating the McMahons here but sure everyone has an opinion. It will be tough for Omagh but the fact that they could have been beaten by the 3 teams mentioned yet still found a way to win, should point to a positive in Omaghs attitude this year, not a negative. Cross are a class team but Omagh have as good a chance as anyone in Ulster of stopping them and have good players who have plenty of big game experience. I wonder how Armagh Harps would get on in Tyrone club football?
Johnny Hanratty will be chasing Joe Mc Mahon all day.
He'll not have to chase him very far. Joe will be sitting between the full back line and half back line

Mustn't have as he lined out on Sunday against Dromore. Errigal ended up with 4 men lined altogether between black and double yellows- he wasn't one of them

Was Peter Harte not suspended after an altercation against Coalisland a few weeks ago?

One match ban served as he missed the game with Moy, from what I gather.

If you support  Man United, does that not mean you support Dublin as well?

Looks like it will be decided on score difference, in which case Cookstown will stay up, they have better score difference than the others.

Doesn't work like that

In the regular season;

Eskra beat Augher and Cookstown

Augher beat Cookstown.

So if Cookstown are in a 2 way tie they go down.
If Eskra are in a 2 way tie they stay up.

None of the 3 teams will go down without a play off first. Only one team, namely Moortown are automatically relegated. 2nd and 3rd from bottom play off with the team finishing higher having home advantage

What happens if Cookstown,Eskra and Augher finish on the same points, does it go on head to head or do they playoff against each other?

Head to head only counts when two teams are involved.

A tight game was turned by the missed double bounce by Joe Mc Mahon 40 yards out from his own goals. A free in would have left Cmore 2 up, instead Omagh scored the winning goal. Small margins. Fair play though. A team has to be fit to play with 13 men behind the ball then counter attack at pace. It might not be pleasing on the eye but it gets results and that's the way the modern game is.

Bit of perspective required here, gentlemen. This is women's football we're talking about. :o

Good man yourself, always one or two sexist people. Know a few girls who have more all Ireland and ulster medals than you could ever dream of having!!!

They've wrecked most of them in the washing machine and you can't iron a medal

Remember  a clonoe cmore  game from   4  years ago where ref  gave a pen for foot block against  Clonoe.

remember that in rahilly field against mickey oneill, foot block in my opinion is when the tackler moves towards the kicker leading with his foot within contactable range I could be wrong..... a player blocking the ball with his foot from a distance from the kicker is not.... only my opinion....
Exactly . needs  to be contactable!
