Hurling Discussion / Re: Club Championships 2010

Well i.m sure the Munster team will be happy not to meet Portumna and Lgiel won't be meeting Ballyhale. Thurles Sarsfields play T'vara Ballyboden could go one better than a few years ago. If you are still in it at this stage then you'd feel you have a chance

We've done this a few times as a club for pre-season training. Providing you go to proper boxing gym you'll be grand. For core strength and conditioning its grand

They have won well this year. Strong favs for Wexford but i've a sneaky feeling L'Giel might get to final. I-d rest Watson, looks like hes carrying an injury

Think its Leinster winners for Ulster after British champions in the quarters. Should Loughgeil progress they won't meet the heavy weights. PJ could at least get to a final.

Well then with damming evidence like that then St Galls shouldn't bother. would free them up for the Antrim Championship. What about this for a idea maybe some players had their nose's put out of joint or other teams leading up to championship got fitter and better. whats your view?

Yes just heard its on the same day as the senior. Casement?? Though we played our final in Newry last year against the Tyrone Champions.

Carrickmore have their football final on the same day!! not too many play both but will cause a lot of supporters to attend the football final instead i'd imagine.

Which begs the question, is the Gaa looking after the dual clubs?

the Ulster Council will not move their dates, thats for sure. Dual clubs are being hit by the Ulster council cause they don't recognise hurling here in the north

Cúchulainns(Armagh) 3-10 Carrickmore Éire Óg 7-11

thats a serious score. should be a good final, Johnnies should have too much for them i'd expect

8-32 ....some tally for just two games

When and where is the final Nally Stand?

Was a poor enough match, Ballygalget seemed pyhsically small all over (bar magic) the ball never came into the big man and when it did he was too far out and his first touch was woeful if truth be known.

Keady winning not much of a shock, some boys on here fancied it, had a flutter on it also at 7/4 good value.

St Johns made hard work of it in the first half but duffed them handy in the second half. (wasn't at it)

When is the final?

Oh heard that there is some serious horse trading going on at the minute, should know better when the season ends on the 24th

that will be one less medal for your man to boast about!!!
