I believe Dromore are being totally over hyped for this season.  No doubting their shear class with a few individuals and the league form speaks for itself.  But how many teams have we seen in recent years do well/win the league and fail to deliver when it counts in the Championship. As we all know the Tyrone championship is the toughest in Ulster, should be interesting

I think it should do. Lets just hope Mc connell isn't refereeing the Castle game Friday week.  Disgraceful last night, bullied in to making vital calls by certain men on the sideline last night. Mr Hurl and Mc guigan being two.

Yes i think our lads will feel they where the better team over 60 mins vs Coalisland and where just unable to completely overturn the soft goal conceded in first half.  However just lacked that killer accuracy up front, best of luck to Fianna in the final!

Any predictions for the u21 semis tonight? I would be expecting coalisland to get past carmen but after a good battle. Errigal should beat Stewartstown easy enough.
Cant say I know much about Coalisland, should be a good game up in Galbally however with both teams confident of progressing.  Errigal could get a surprise from Stewartstown if they are not on top of their game.  My predictions would be Carmen and Errigal though.

It would look that way. However a weekend match would make more sense for a game of such magnitude.

u21 Quarter final fixtures announced for next Tuesday evening. A few high quality matches should be on show!! What are the predictions?

Coalisland Na Fianna v Pomeroy Plunketts
Fr Peter Campbell Park 7:30 PM

Ardboe O'Donovan Rossa v Errigal Ciaran
2016 U21 KO1 Quarter-final
Ardboe 7:30 PM

Loughmacrory St. Teresa's v Stewartstown Harps
2016 U21 KO1 Quarter-final
Loughmacrory 7:30 PM

Carrickmore St Colmcille's v Galbally Pearses
2016 U21 KO1 Quarter-final
Carrickmore 7:30 PM

Why did galbally concede at home to Coalisland thus giving themselves a harder draw in the 1/4 finals? Complete madness   :o
.    You have not got an answer so u suggest you rephrase the question comme ci "why did galbally concede at home to Coalisland giving Stewartstown a tougher draw in the quarter final?"
Still standing by this statement Uncle Kev? Impressive performance tonight from the Carmen lads. Semi finals taking shape. Any other results?

Fists thrown also at the Carmen game, Sean quinn Galbally selector hit Martin Penrose whilst he was down injured on the line. All hell broke loose. He was then sent to the stands which he refused to do and instead removed his jacket and continued standing along the line when the referee turned his back.

Going by the 1b standings - yes. Carmen and Errigal might agree to differ though Uncle Kev. Should be interesting

Seeing the u21 results from last night, good wins for Carmen, Errigal and Pomeroy to name 3.  Any good performances from any sides at this early stage?

Dermot Loughran and Gavan NcElroy are over Carmen not Raymond Monroe

What you make of that re-appointment Wee Roddy?  I think it is good that inside men are getting the job but i do think the club badly needs a top quality coach to go along with them.

I believe they are still on the hunt for a trainer, early days as the league is not for another 5 months or so. Players started back pre season last week so taking it very seriously this year

I heard Johnny Munroe from Carrickmore has been called up to the senior panel after the league final on Sunday.
Any word on anyone else getting called up?

Don't think he's strong enough or good enough for county football.
I think he is good enough
For someone to think that johnny munroe is not good enough or strong enough to play county football is ridiculous.  You havent seen him play much this year? Carrickmores best player by a long way (i know some of the smart assed knowledgeable people in this might say 'that wouldnt be hard').  I would have him on may team everyday day of the week over Aidan McCrory.

Your looking through your carrickmore tinted glasses. I don't think it's ridiculous to say he's not good enough. As the previous poster stated, there's quite a few men who are more worthy of a call up. He never stood out as a future tyrone senior whilst playing for minors or u21s.

Would you consider any of you're Greencastle men worthy of a Tyrone trial at the minute? That is if you can get them out of Eddie McCullaghs!

Would Conor Gormley be interested in a coaching/managerial role after hanging them up? Young family was part of the reason he could not commit to Tyrone, would same apply to a position on the line for Carmen?

Carmen last played the best football under the coaching of Paddy Tally, and arguabley the better team lost on county final day vs Omagh. A young coach with modern day tactics is required i.e Tally/Porter etc - Not easy to get though
