Does that mean that if you finish in 2nd-5th in the intermediate (usual playoff positions) this year you do not have a chance in getting promotion to division 1 the following year? Is this also the case between division 2 & 3

County players have to be eligable to play for their club for at least one round of the league. i.e they must be available to play against each club at least once.

A point taken from the AI Club finals thread, At the end of the year the leagues are being restructured to 3 x 16 teams. With currently 24 teams currently in senior, does this mean that only the top 3 of division 1B are guaranteed senior status? I mean the 12 teams currently in 1A will be guaranteed senior status, the top 3 in 1B maintaining senior status, the intermediate league and championship winners achieving senior status allowing one position for the playoff between division 1 & 2. Is this the case?
