Whatever the UK Watch say, the UK Goverment say different.

Let's hope she behaves now. If not, well off to jail again.

To me Brand just wrote a load of wordy shite.
He fails to recognize that too many Muslims are being brain washed in the UK and most is happening in the Mosques.

And you have facts that back up your statement?
So where else are they being brain washed then? Maybe you know.

Hating, dosen't come naturally i believe. They are being taught to hate.

So where are the EDL lads being brainwashed? Church on Sunday? Half-time at Milwall games?
Not to mention some of those lovely "Loyaist/Orange" types  in the 6 Cos.

Very true.
Like a lot of people in Northern Ireland and the Republic were.

Don't understand why this is being described as a terrorist attack. A 75 year old Muslim grandfather was murdered at the start of the month in Birmingham on his way home from prayers. He was not robbed, but stabbed in the back so viciously that the wounds penetrated his chest. This was rightly described as a racist attack. I fail to see the difference between these two attacks, just because the perpetrators were Muslim and shouting allahu akbar, instead of some far right wing rhetoric! The media, and subsequently the government description that this was a terrorist attack does nothing but scaremonger the average citizen and gives ammunition to these far right wing groups such as the EDL and the BNP!
Police said it may have been a racist attack. I expect to hear it wasn't.
They have CCTV footage and if it was a white attacker i am sure they would have said by now.

Of course if it had been a 75 year old white Grandfather stabbed no mention would have been made of a possible racist attack. Even if the attacker was non-white.

naming playparks that cause controversy
Ignoring the fact that those from that area support the naming of the park after Raymond McCreesh.
Did someone go around the doors asking peoples opinions about the name?

If some IRA/ Community leaders came to my door and said do you mind if we name the park after R. McCreesh? Would i or most others say, yes i do?

Don't really think so.

Those EDL scumbags are just as bad as those 2 nutters but haven't the intelligence to realise it.
Remind me the last time the EDL cut someones head off in the street.

Would big John be the first modern day leader that was not a member of the IRA?

Assuming Gerry was  a member. ;)

to be honest, in all the time i applied for a jobs, any criminal record counted badly against you and rightly so, so why should the same law not apply to others, who already think they are above the law. If you murdered some one or attempted to, how can anyone take that person seriously whether reformed or not. Sinn Fein never coped on to do a clear out of their members serving that bring controversy and go with younger people with no criminal records that appeal to more of the nationalist population.

Maybe Sinn Fein have a policy of rewarding ex prisoners/ volunteers?

Some day all criminal records relating to the troubles will be wiped clean.

As a Unionist, maybe sound strange to some others, i'm in favour off.

Nordie overload I reckon.
We should really consider reducing the amount we let on here.

I think it was sabotaged by Willie Frazer.

Just to get revenge for the abuse you guys give him. ;)

Of course the UK has over the years gave Ireland more points than Ireland has gave them.

Sure the Brits were happy to cross the border whenever they thought they'd get away with it...

But yeah it's a good concept, I'd certainly support it, but it's one that I don't think the Unionists would ever agree to.
That worked both ways. I know a member of the Garda who told me they used to nip over the border in pursuit of crims. At times even met and talked to RUC patrols when doing so.

I watch a fair bit of East Of Scotland League football, which is one level below SL3.

The top 3-4 teams would be lower to mid Irish League standard. Certainly better than most of the Irish 1st division.
