How's you mikasa?? You from armagh too? If you can get your hands on a fifty quid note I am sure the happy couple would be delighted with that gift
Think the £50 note would be something I hold onto myself! Not an Armagh man but have plenty of connections there.

Hardly opened a can of worms there did I?
Any more actual help as to what I should do?
£50 just sounds so much more than £40 doesn't it?

Sorry for dragging this up again, I couldn't be bothered trawling through all the posts but thought I'd ask-
I've been invited to a team members wedding-full day. Went on his stag and had every intention of going to the wedding.
Booked a holiday and it means I am going to miss the wedding, I would have given £100 from me and her if I had been going-I would have been paying for it.
Now that I'm not going how much should I give- was thinking £40? That enough considering I'm not even going to be there?

Actually know a family from round me part that got done on something similar to the above. They went to pick up the car that had been impounded and when they arrived the car they were in was dipped also. Of course they were on the red in it too and ended up having both cars impounded and two fines. Just thought I'd throw that in there you know just incase.

That made me laugh.  ;D
Worst thing is its actually true.

Anyone see the final episode last night? Looks like they will try to drag it out a la lost. Very very annoying because at the end of the series we are no further forward than we were at the start!

Was watching the news last night and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Its a disgrace that they will get away with this, the problem is though, that they will. The soldiers were attacked as soon as they stepped onto the ship (shouldn't have been on it in the first place-international waters etc), it gives the Yanks a get out clause. The soldiers who boarded came under attack and were defending their lives, this can be justified by the fact that a soldier was clearly seen being thrown overboard. What happened after was plain wrong in every sense but because of the attack on the soldiers this will be brushed under the carpet.

Nightmare Tyrone Girl! Total Nightmare! Any idea when you are going to get your car back? I was on it during my student days also, but been on the clear for a good while now, its just too risky with the number of dippers there are on the go these days! Does the fine correlate to the amount of diesel you had in the tank?

Sorry for saying Fat Cats in my earlier posts! I meant all the money was creamed off the top of the gaa and the players themselves do not receive anything for it! In Soccer on the other hand the players are paid for the crowds they attract, he wasn't attacking or having a dig at the GAA's structure more just saying that the top level gaa players attract such big crowds and dont get a penny for it!
