Oh yeah, and their replacement in Boston was an experienced manager who had spent some time in the media, and was media savvy. Is that an omen?

Well when Gary Neville comes back from Euros he will have the experience, has spent some time in  the media and is media savvy. Red to the core as well.

Strong rumours doing the rounds that KD is gone.

He flew to Boston yesterday but is already back in the UK, spotted in Heathrow this morning while the owners were pictured at a Red Sox game with Steve Clarke last night.

Was stories before this as well over night that he was going  - some say he walked, some say pushed. Hard to know but could come out soon enough if it true and been discussed on forums and twitter.

I suspect he's been moved aside alright. I said a couple of times that these boys are ruthless. The Suarez saga will not have amused them. They way they treated Francona and Epstein in Boston shows that they won't accept less than they expect from anybody, no matter what they've done in the past.

However, I think it's the wrong decision, and they better have someone excellent lined up. My appetite for yet another 'rebuilding' job is very scant.

Terry Connors is available....
just been vetoed by one of the Uruguayan players  :o
You are about the most worthless poster on here. Which is no mean feat.

Good night for Antonio Valencia, player of the season, players player of year & Man United goal of the season v Blackburn.

Fergie = legend. Won't be the same without him.

Sergio aguero got liverpools goal of the season :D
Any word on who won Liverpools " Hit the Post of the Season". Plenty to choose from ;)

Sounds ominous from RVP

Missed it. What did he say? Fair well?
No says he is moving to a much better place and will sign for Liverpool but only if they widen the goals as apparently the post was hit 40 times this year.  ::)

Liverpool's league season can only get better next year?

1   Man City   Pts 89
2   Man Utd   Pts 89
3   Arsenal   Pts 70
4   Tottenham   Pts 69
5   Newcastle     Pts 65
6   Chelsea   38  Pts 64
7   Everton   38   Pts 56
8   Liverpool   38   Pts 52

If they can manage not to hit the post about 40 times next season they should manage to finish above Everton at least.
That excuse is weraing a bit thin. If it is not on target the it is poor shooting. Sure as Kenny says there is too much empahsis on the Premieirship. Carling Cup is much more worthwhile.

Unbelievable Jeff.
Delighted for Evra.
how sad is it that a team that finished 37pts behind should try to gloat at a team that lost it on goal difference. hard luck utd.

In fairness Evra looks a gloat. Remember old trafford? Let him have his fill of it.

Everton be delighted if united start to spend, they'll get a load of players on the cheap.
maybe liverpool should have tried to sign ex utd players. might have helped them finish top dogs on merseyside.
As long as they keep KKK there is every chance Tranmere might overtake them.

Just going to ignore that Ross? Wigan fully deserved it after outplayng them at the time but now it's all because Vidic was out?
Vidic done his bit over the years to earn Liverpool as many points as he could!
I bet Torres wishes he could play against him every week.
And I bet every Liverpool Player+ supporter  wishes he could have finished higher in the league than Uniited every year over the last two decades but you cant always get what you want. ;)

Last night proved what a great squad we have and what a top quality manager Kenny is.

1/2 signings over the summer and no sales, should see us good next season for a real title charge. Surprised if its not our year for the title.

Wrapped up now, City have been great the last few games and deserve their first title in 44 years, fair f**ks to them and their loyal fans.
Won nothing yet.
But they really have though. No disrespect (to any QPR fan) but I can't see QPR taking anything off them last day of the season at the Etihad.
But this was suppose to be United's easiest title in years....
Where are you getting that from? Think if you look back to early season and beyond Chelsea and City were favorites, and of course King Kenny was going to deliver ;) But then last week he was saying there was too much empahsis on the league. Carling & FA Cups were of equal importance. But then success for Liverpool is not judged on what they win as long as United dont win. Warped or what.
