Great show from Macklin, showed great courage and really gave Martinez a run for his money. Martinez is just a class above. Well done to Macklin. Right decision from him / his corner not to come back out.

I give the first two to Martinez. I'd probably call the third a draw but Macklin might have shaded it.

Missed the Hatton fight - didn't expect much from him against the class of Brook.

That Rodriguez lad looked decent? I'll be honest, that was the first I heard of him. Only 26 and now has a record of 21-0.

Don't see the following examples in interviews but the following were commonly heard in college:

Quare - "Jaysus lads it's quare cold out here 'n all?" - Wexford / Wicklow
Fair - "He's fair good at the football" not really sure of the origin but I want to say Tipp / Clare.
May - "We may move on to the disco lads before it gets too full" - Carlow
The finest  - "The disco? That'll be the finest" - Carlow

Amazing, what a man Tebow is, but also what a team Denver are. Some massive plays by the D and from Thomas.
Celt_man, i'd say they might have been worried that if they missed and there was a second or two left on the clock that Prater would have nailed it the other way, he has a big leg in that thin air and sure he was hitting the upright from the kickoffs.

Walter Payton GAA Board 'B' Championship - Semi Finals

Royal Badgers 155.30 - 142.26 Revis and Butthead

The Badgers breath a sigh of relief after the DeMarco Murray selection blunder, as Antonio Brown was unable to pull off the herculean effort required. 9.83 points was a decent effort, but never enough and so the Meathmen march on to face the Tyrone reps in the 'B' final.

Would never have forgiven myself if I had lost. I would have put Lance Moore in who had a monster. Was on the 12 pubs and forgot the game was on Sat. Best of luck Red Hand Helmets.

Just like to second that, great post. Sproles has been the real surprise. The rest all were touted to be fantasy relevant (maybe not the Gronk as much) and were all taken highly, but not Sproles.

Looking forward to the semis tonight, first time making the playoffs in the league.

Kahn is such a d1ck. Blaming the ref and the fact that it was in DC. Can't face that he lost the fight fair and square. This is why he hasn't been the draw he could have been over the last while.

He took that defeat well, simply not as good as he think's he is.
How did he take the defeat well? He said it was like fighting two people in the ring and that he was the "clean fighter". Blamed Peterson for coming in with his head. Never once admitted that he was outfought.

I need to work on my sarcasm.
Sorry mate, was a little sleep deprived!!
