The Hill isn't open on Sunday?! Ah feck...we'd have packed it, and I was getting all nostalgic about experiencing that '97 feeling all over again!  :'(

Interesting thread title.

Kerry have won 20 All-Ireland's since Cavan last won.

39 Ulster titles allows us the title of aristocrats. Win 26 more yourselves, and we'll share that title with ye!
Well, I don't know how we will win 26 Ulster titles when we don't play in that god-forsaken province.
But if it's provincial crowns that  you are talking about, I think ye have a good bit to go before ye catch up to us.

Eh, I was replying to, and quoting a poster who is from Tyrone...nowt to do with Mayo Lar, but sure don't let a measly little thing like facts get in the way of attempting to slag someone from that 'God forsaken province!'

Sorry, my bad...I meant the All Ireland Junior C'ship. There's no date for the next match on the GAA site, and I was wondering if anyone knew when the lads are playing next.

Yeah, badly researched by Mc Hugh...he got a few details a**eways.
Still, t'was more positive from him than the last analysis of Cavan...he acknowledged that we were double u-21 and last year's minor champions, but in the same breath moaned and threw the eyes up to heaven saying that we 'just don't have the talent coming through!' (he must've said that 3 or 4 times in that particular interview!) I don't know who annoyed him that day, but he really stuck the boot in!

We never got going...pity, 'cause bad and all as we were, with 3 minutes left there was a result to be had. Ah well...
