They'd 61 in last parliament .... +2 at the min, it's going to be close either way by looks of it.

A constituency seat might just take away a SNP regional seat, the voters need to pile on to the Greens and Alba in this case.  The system was designed to not allow the SNP get a majority, after all.

The system was in place before SNP held power but WAS designed to give more even spread of political voices.

It was probably intended to stop Labour getting a big majority, back in the day.

Total nonsense the Scotland Act 1998 is a brilliant piece of legislation designed by the pricks in Edinburgh law school by there former pupils to ensure labour would almost always be assure of at least 15/20 per cent of seats and actually to stop the tories and SNP  having a majority it was a defence mechanism by the Labour Party for the Labour Party

Going to be very interesting time ahead, will fan stay away from Season book renewals? Who  exactly will leave the playing staff and all coaching structures. How is brought in. What I will add to this is fan need to get real this is going to be 12/18 months of real change across the board with little success. I don't have great sources but the Howe deal is far from done and has the possibility of falling apart !!

Whats wrong with the ones at Elms? I thought they would be a decent standard considering they are Queens Halls?

It's liked a compact Japanese room, pretty basic, lovely shared kitchen, but for £500 a month her room is smaller than my living room
Sounds familiar. I remember my room in halls (probably now demolished) was basically the length of a bed with a wee cubby hole just past it that was a wardrobe and sink.

Handy for the durin the night pish
Aye sure that's why they were installed.

Stayed in Queens elms a few summers ago on a trip to Belfast,  got it on Airbnb, have to say excellent set up, rooms spacious very comfortable, I think there was 3 options, I  took the middle one but was highly impressed  ,for a university halls compared to what we had down in UCC

Scots pulling back from independence, although they may be waiting for new plan to emerge post election at this stage.

Scottish independence voting intention:

Yes: 42% (-2)
No: 49% (+1)

Not at all doubting your sources but there will be some spin flying about with MI5 etc involved over the next 2/3 months around Indy referendum 2 alot of fake news. John Curtise poll retweeted by Ns yesterday or Tuesday currently shows nationalist as in the SNP about 2  points off a single party majority but with greens and Alba will have around 4/5 seats to spare in pro Independence alliance majority that will give the bold Boris something to digest

Was at the Roy Keane testimonial in Old Trafford. What an occasion. Celtic supporters turned it into a great occasion the way Man Utd supporters couldn't dream of.

Great shout Bannside was there myself... a truly  wonderful occasion, made extra special by the behaviour of the estimated 20,000 Celtic fans. An event I will always cherish attending.  Not a police baton in sight that day on the street of Manchester compared to when rangers covered themselves in glory shortly afterwards in the same city!!! It's only the league MR - sure Galls don't take that too seriously. Give the young lads a run out and see what they're like. Have you many county panellists who will miss out for the first batch of matches?

Yes milltown row let's here this retort

Not at all, I'm sure Paddy has it sussed, I just don't want lads getting injured and getting the timing wrong. When you're playing in Croke you've got to get it right, ask any of those Antrim teams and they'll tell you that, peak for Ulster finals.

O milltown row bannside  side giving it to you about ur club having no county players and yet his club have no all Ireland and not even a single championship, in Kerry we would treat men like him with contempt no all Ireland's no standing to talk

And another think milltown row we don't count junior and intermediates you giving it  large last year when wait for it " Antrim hurlers won the all Ireland B " versus us and we were missing maybe 2/3 top class hurlers... sad state of affairs when a county like urs in hurling is celebrating that

We have fellas going home to tell there kids how they won 2/3/4 all Ireland's medal that's "A" have you - no lads heading home to cushnedall and the likes saying to their kids " dadddy won an all Ireland "B" title yet you let Bannside wind you and your club up, come onnnn !!

Bannside no "A" all Ireland's no standing

Jose?  :o

1. Couldn't afford him
2. It would be beneath him

Beneath him?

Celtic are at presents in all areas a disgrace of a club, Jose would be better of going oranges in his back garden. No doubts a massive club, IMO easily top 10/15 in Europe but being run like an Eastern bloc institution

I see the BBC cancelled friday night programming on BBC 1 and 2 to show the same programmes about the duke on both channels. The are receiving a load of complaints about this.

They put together those programmes fairly quick. He must have went awhile ago.

It's a reflection of the industry they have all these programmes generally ready for
Many high profile people look at the quick turnaround on John Hume. A friend was telling me they have programmes ready for lizzy, Charles, Gerry Adam's etc

To blow ones own trumpet Robert mac intyrne doing well as I predicted!!

He's tenth.. doing well is leading or second or at the very least In placings, which 8th

Ah give the young lad a break he is only 21 or that, and top 10 in first Masters after 3 days is a good shooting but  better than some experience players like 🙈🙈🙈*****

Fans would be great around the 12th and 16th especially

Can I just say watched the press previews yesterday DJ might come across as a little reserved etc but his clubs do the talking. On the other hand Rory is once again spouting some bollocks, round Tigers hanging out etc.

He do well to get on the green stuff and up his game. Probably too early in what hes now changing in his game to make a decent impression this week. Also as I have said before on the Main golf page, hes far to inconsistent over 4 rounds currently.

Shane Lowry short game again struggling at the minute and cant have that around Augusta.

For anyone looking a very outside bet the Scottish fella, lefty, Robert Mac Intyre Swings it beautifully. I think hes a rookie round this course so maybe far too early but how knows, top 10 finish bet maybe.

As in answering the question from the media on has he seen Tiger? The same question that Thomas was asked.

Don't let you personal bias get in the way  ::)

No personal bias he getting on like a clown PS nice to know he remembers where he was a couple of days ago  when deciding on the Olympics he did seem to remember where he grew up or is from.

If any of the recent stories are to be believed issues with Howe and personnel and deal still way off.

In the name of god, if true, that club never ceases to amaze me!!

Kennedy and Strachan should have been gone with Lennon, whether they had any big say or not they were part of the nonsense that we seen in 20/21.

I'm convinced Kennedy knows something about someone high up in the club as he seems to be a permanent fixture and Willie Mc Stay too.

Just reading Celtics current women's Manager was R Koemans assistant for a number of years, surely he could have seen things through until the end of the season.
