I'm not sure you'd be so flippant had it been your wife's photo and Facebook account flying about thousands of WhatsApp groups accusing her of having an affair and being caught in the act by one of her pupils with a video camera. This doesn't just disappear when the school make a statement saying it's nonsense. This must be horrific for her and her family.

That would come in handy to identify a Lycra clad cyclist wearing sun glasses and a helmet,  you never know they might have a number 6 on their ass.

I know a couple of cyclists who now have recording devices on the rear of their bikes, not sure it's doing them any good (mentally anyway) as it's bringing home how vulnerable we really are and how much some motorists don't give a f**k. At least cyclists have that luxury of identifying a motorist who has been driving dangerously, breaking rules, cyclists do so with impunity.  Cyclists are selfish c***ts in my opinion!

HQ need to stand their ground on this one. A very small but very loud minority support this politicising of the games. It remains incredibly distasteful to me that these people use the Palestinian cause as a prop to further their own selfish ends.

If anyone wants to pretend that all but a few of these people have any real interest in their plights and it isn't yet another attempt to try to wind up unionists in the north, cop on. Creating divisions rather than trying to bridge them, even in sport.

Just shut up. Please. Shut up and take time to read and understand the sentiments of the people not only in Ulster, but across Ireland  right now.

Choices:

a) allow every politically attuned member of our Association to use the GAA as a vehicle for promoting their politics, and therefore inevitably over time generate negative publicity and infighting.

b) remain politically neutral and concentrate on football and hurling.
