If it's out and out scoretakers we're talking. What about Darragh Kavanagh?

See another clip of a box from behind doing the rounds from a division 3 game. Only a matter of time before tragedy strikes with footballers getting bigger and stronger

Heard last night that the fella that struck is studying to be a doctor.

Saw it - dirty enough dig - lad never saw him coming!
Seen the video myself. Lad looks to be going in to get men out and gets walloped for nothing. Regardless of whatever was going on beforehand or behind the scenes it is a scummy action. Different story if hands were being thrown but the lad got hit cold when not expecting it. I'd be doing all I could to put an end to his doctoring career if it were me. Blatant assault and the evidence is there to back it up

I think it's an absolute disgrace that those blue shirts stepped in and felt it necessary to "remove" said gentleman from the game. He was flying a flag and has a right to do so, also has a right to defend himself. Pretty sure we can all take "abusive" with a pinch of salt. Don't see too many free staters getting arrested either, lets not forget this is the same bunch who sold out the 6 counties, then ridiculed and prosecuted the actions of those to tried to fight for their rights. Same old yes man mentality, different century. Take it down from the mast Irish traitors!

How many subs did Armagh have? Looks like they had far too many togged out?

Both teams could only use 24 players but they'd all their full panel stripped out. As soon as the schmozzle started the Amragh bench were out of the stand straight onto the field, the Tyrone lads in comparison, a point up well into in injury time in an Ulster semi-final weren't anywhere near as quick out. They had to in the end because their team mates on the field had the gut of 40 Armagh subs and mentors tearing into them

The Armagh 7 had wrestled Jude Campbell to the ground after Armagh had missed a goal chance that looked like their last attack. Campbell got up and knocked him to the ground. Melee ensued.
That's the way I seen it. If referee had of stopped the game and dealt with Armagh 7 none of it would have happened

Be interesting to see how Derry get on at Owenbeg. Heard reports about folks being fed up with Celtic Park, however that may have just been an excuse for poor performance

Horrible row in the middle of the whole thing I'd expect a lot of sanctions to be handed down. Armagh assistant manager involved which was disgusting. Referee lost the run of the game and the row was not in keeping with the tone of the rest of the match. Absolutely cracking game of football nonetheless. If only Tyrone seniors were as exciting to watch

Possible Beragh v Eskra clash in quarters. That would be interesting after last Sundays match.
More of a likelihood than a possibility and sure who doesn't love seeing people get their jaws broke

You mean supporters who jump the wire getting their jaw broke?
To quote our lord and saviour "an eye for an eye turns the whole blind." Someone clearly doesn't take too well to a bit of dark humour. Whilst you were jumping to defend the actions of a melee you may have missed the point that I was actually making that both clubs should proceed to the next round

Best £9 I ever spent. I have to agree that the "incident" if that's what we're calling it was not upkeeping with the game, however it was shambolic that it was allowed to happen. I feel like the referee was losing grip of the game as he hadn't a f***ing clue what he was at 90% of the time and sadly this is becoming all too familiar
