Jesus Collins was awful, Michael McBride took a blow to his head when he went to pick up the ball, next thing hop ball and i think kerry got a score from it.
McGuikins dispossession was first class on scanlon i think
He shudnt have let that ruck develop in the box either, no.13 for kerry was kickin out at sum1 lyin down too.

Derry played well, it was always an uphill struggle against the wind with a man down hopefully we can take the positives from it

Id be a Queens man but wasat the ryan cup game earlier in the year and UUJ had too much quality for queens. in addition their hunger to beat QUB and win the cup outright shud see the poly win by 4 /5 points i reckon. heres hoping otherwise tho!

ours is fairly regional,(dungiven) we only have to travel to portglen1 and buncrana. both would be no more than an hour while our other games are at home.

are any games postponed thiscweek or what

Not sure if this should be in local discussion or not we will let the mods decide that.

Are any of the poster's clubs involved this year? I hear its going to be organised on a regional basis this year which is a good thing, it means alot less travelling for some clubs although I enjoyed my trip to dromintee a few seasons back. My club Dungiven are in it as well as local rivals Banagher.I hope we dont get them, u want to be playin someone diiff in this comp

Barton really annoys me, he writes in his IN column about negative tactics and blanket defence etc then he sends his loup team out in this years championship against dungiven to play the most foul ridden, cynical, dirty and unattacking game of football i have ever witnessed. he turned the fine attacking half back that is joe okane into a hatchetman.he inevitably got sent off even tho it should have been earlier. and the loup were paying him a five figure sum. this nonsense makes me sick

he failed at ballinderry, donaghmore and with the loup. canny mind how he did with da Poly but hes the worst kind of mercenary polluting our game

God this article is pure dung! Its not the sort of angle the IN goes for.doesnt suit them at at all

Of course it is FFS. i play both gaa and amatuer lge soccer and the latter is far more bruisng and dangerous. i fractured my leg playin soccer as if in gaelic if u get stuck in u wont get too badly hurt. after a saturday soccer game your legas are battered and bruised, but thats cos we are a bunch of gaelic hallions tryin to play soccer
