Surely crying over a 17 year old playing a few mins at the end of a game is a more Karen move?

The entire thing is as bad a look for Kildress and Aghyaran as it is for Greencastle. Embarassing for all three.

There is talk now that Killeeshil are now going to go down and aghaloo stay up, it's becoming a bit of a mess now. With 18 teams in division 2 would it not be best to keep the two up and relegate 3 this year, hard way to go down for Kileeshil if it happens.

Would it not be Tattyreagh or Beragh who would go down? I think Killeeshil have the head to head with them.
It is a strange set of circumstances but I don't understand why Aghyaran would want to gain promotion this way.

After a couple of very poor seasons Cookstown seem to have  their house in order ahead of this season. Rising from the ashes. Will be in division 1b within four years.

I think Cookstown will be very disappointed if it takes them 4 years to get to 1B. That is top 4 this year which should be achievable and then you are allowing them another 3 years to get out of Div2. If their house is in order as you say then it will quicker than 4 years.

Both Augher (v Owen Roes) and Strabane (v loughmacrory) have conceded today's games in intermediate. Strange enough as both teams have something to play for with Augher still in with chance of promotion play offs and Strabane not safe from being caught in relegation play off.

Loughmacrory making waves around the county again for all the wrong reasons. Refusing to change the game today after a death in the Strabane club leading Strabane to concede the game. Very unnecessary.

Intense game last night between Lough and Pomeroy - youd be sick you were a Loughmacrory man, be a hard one to take. Galbally look a cut above. Good win for Derrylaughan, a needed one too. Tattyreagh as good as gone, preseason already started for next year i hear. Whos everyone fancy for the Pomeroy vs Loughmacrory replay?

Mickey Mills got straight red and is def gone. I'm almost certain HP got straight red too. He gave the umpire a friendly finger gesture going off the field too so might get a bit more for that. Frank Burns got double yellow so he'll be free

Good to see our u20 stars name isn't being mentioned today, he must've had a quiet night and proved a lot of critics wrong

Grimes was impressive and did a fantastic job on McGeary. I would say he is a cert for a call up to the senior panel for the McKenna cup.
In saying that, he could've undone all his good work had he received a second yellow for kicking out in the Frank Burns second yellow incident.

When are the intermediate semi finals due to be played

Next weekend was the original plan. Friday and Saturday.
Not sure what their plan is with the replay now on Thursday. Maybe play the Owen Roes and the winner of Pomeroy/Loughmacrory game next Monday.

Thought McKernan was very dangerous in the second half until he was taken off-was he injured? Tiernan McCann  coming back into the team will be huge-a big part of the spine of the team and a big game player.  Tyrone have definitely added more to their game than last year and a couple of decent players.  In a final though, hard to see past Dubs unless there is a tactical masterclass by Harte.

Tiernan McCann shouldnt be on the Tyrone starting team. He is a very poor defender and a liability. Tyrones recent championship defeats since 2015 shows how much of a liability he is in defence. He offers a bit going forward but if Tyrone have any ambition for winning an All Ireland it won't happen with McCann in the defence.

Think McCrory and Cavanagh the only players in their 30s in the squad.

Harte, Coney, McNabb and Mattie were all in their final year of minor in 2008 so either are now 29 or will turn 29 at some point this year.

Morgan, McCann, McAliskey and McNamee were all a year after that so are 28 or will turn 28 at some point this year.

Sludden, Richie Donnelly, HP McGeary and Grugan were minor in 2010 so are 27 or will turn 27 at some point this year.

McCurry, McClure, C McCann, Loughran, Brendan Burns are the year after that so would be 26 or will be at some point this year.

K McGeary, McLaughlin, R Brennan, Meyler, Hampsey and Cassidy were all in their final year u21 in 2015 so are 25 or will be at some point this year. Mark Bradley is in this bracket too and I think Ronan McHugh also falls into that age bracket.

F Burns and McShane had another year u21 after that so would be 24 or will turn it at some point this year.

O'Donnell, Mulgrew, Rafferty and McKernan are all 22 or will be at some point this year.

Gallen and Kennedy were u20 last year so are 21 or will be at some point this year.

I think the squad needs a fair bit of freshening up for next season - the likes of C McCann, McClure, Loughran, B Burns, R McHugh, McNabb, Coney, Grugan are some of the guys who have had a number of years on the panel at various stages over the years and never really looked like nailing a starting spot. Maybe some of them have something to offer but I think they might see the writing on the wall like Ronan O'Neill did earlier this year. They're all mid to late 20s so they should have established themselves by now.

I think we have a few good prospects around the midfield area. Gormley has been impressive for the u20s, I'd say Conn Kilpatrick would have got a call up only for a bad injury during the club championship last year. Mattie McGleenan's young lad looks like he will be a big prospect in a few years time. Paudie McNulty might come back in next year. So I'd say a few of C McCann, McClure and Grugan may opt out or be cut.

I think there are a lot of lads who probably deserve a chance in the county set up next winter - a few who have caught my eye apart from those listed above would be Michael O'Neill (Ardboe) Nathan Donnelly (Killyclogher) Paul Donaghy (Edendork) Ryan Coleman (Moy) Emmett McNabb (Dromore) and a few others.

Cheers for the full run down Angelo. Really useful info to have given to surprising difficulty there is to find a lot of players ages anywhere on line. I was going by minor and u21 teams years for a lot of them but it's still kinda guesswork to be exact.

Agree we need a few lads to come in. I meant I think it's going to be very hard for them to break onto the starting 15 at the moment as the lads on that Colm aside are all of a very good age profile but we need to keep on refreshing the panel. One good thing about the current squad is I don't think there's anyone there that Mickey will hold onto for too long past their use like perhaps he did with the 2008 AI winning team. If a young buck is good enough now he's getting his chance by and large.

Aiden McCrory, Ben McDonnell, Tiernan McCann are just names off players who always get chances and opportunities even though they are not good enough.
How, even still, Rory Brennan never established himself as a starter shows it is not always the best who get the chance or opportunity.

Some display by Darragh kavanagh yesterday. Kicked 1-13. Would have been interesting to see him get a bit of county football to see if he up to it.

Back to back relegations its looking like. Hard to believe they are in this position but the players must obviously not be there anymore.
