Yea i like harte myself and would have no problem then with Carlin going into the corner for McGee
and Harte coming in to his own position, it's  just a team I'd like to see getting an outing.
I think come championship time that it'll be just a case of horse's for course's with regards to who starts.
In fairness though, if Rouse and Mulligan can continue the form they've shown, that forward line would give any back line
in the country there fill of it imo, with Cavanagh and Cavlin coming forward to only add to their woe's   ;D

Team i'd like to see getting a run out Before the league is over

             McConnell
  Ricey    McMahon     Mcgee

  Carlin     Gormley     Jordan

     Cavanagh    Cavlin

Dooher     McGuigan   O'Neill

McCullagh   Rouse     Mulligan

Hughes is a liability and has terrible feet for taking scores imo, Carlin over Harte because both love to go forward
but Carlin is the better defender, half forward line speaks for itself, McCullagh has to start, he's a class act, knows where the
posts are and has a fantastic work rate off the ball, Rouse had shown up well and deserves a decent chance.

"it's obvious that the momentum for it is driven by many outside Armagh"

Rufus, would you not say it was given momentum enough by McDonnell himself without any interference.

In fariness Peter Donnelly is just back from injury. Although strong in the air donnelly hasnt reeally come through as well as cavanagh from his minor days.  I think were shaping up nicely although i think theres still a few men that need to sharpen up...think if you look at our tea to date based on preformance hartes strongest 15 would be as follows, assuming all are avilable.

Mc Connel
Ricey
Mc Ginley
Mc Gee
Carlin (Harte Kicks away serious ball)
Gormley
Jordan
Cavanagh
Hub
Mulgrew
Mc Guigan
Dooher
C Mc Cullagh
S O Neill
O Mulligan

Mellon (Hasnt really been firing on all cylinders)
E Mc Ginley ( Ok good ball winner but does he get us enough scores??)

This team is not far away at all, Agree that mellon isn't getting it done, with regards to all the talk about confidence
either he brings it or he sits down, simple as.
How far is Joey from being fit, def needed for the FB spot and at this point i do like Carlin over Harte but its early days.
Could someone tell Hub not to be going for scores, i usually close my eyes when he winds up to kick a point.

Maybe that 30k could go towards helping to enclose the unfinished end of Croke Park,
The boots quietened the hill before, just maybe they could play a small part in quietening it for good  :D

Great result for Donegal, Things seem to be shaping up nicely for them this year.
Did that look to be a near championship starting 15 that Mayo had out?

"Still the swarm defence of Tyrone was awesome to watch from the top of Cusack Stand"

Dublin's swarming wasn't too bad either, that is till they ran out of steam and were chasing shadows ;)
