The state of Tyrone football is in the boiling pot here. The county board can have two roads to go down here. The right way or the wrong way. They can do the normal thing and brush it under the carpet or set a precedent for all involved. Already the spotlight is on the violence in our game and this is an oppertunity to eradicate the systematic approach to games taken by some clubs in Tyrone. I admit that a better standard of refereeing is required, however there are clubs who are making it nearly impossible for the referees to officiate. Its crisis time!! Either relegate repeat offenders or boot them out of their respective championships! And I am not talking about teams who misbehave three/four/five times. No, two strike policy and then come down on them like a ton of bricks!!!! Only option!!!!

I agree. I blame the Moy for it all LOL.

was at the Donaghmore game last night. I thought it was a very inept display from a team with championship aspirations. Donaghmore men were pulling out of tackles left right and centre !!!

Ardboe will not be far away this year lads you mark my words.

Far away from what. They are out of the championship and have no chance of winning the league!!

Orangeman,
I fully condemn the challenge on Brian that resulted in him getting a serious injury. But only if this was a deliberate act !!!
At no stage has Brian or anyone connected with him said that he was deliberately injured.

Loughshore - what did you think of the performance yesterday - do you relaise we could have been meeting Edendork or Gortin in quarter final ?

Given the rumours about issues with lack of funding during his time laid up with his previous injuries, I hope the county board and supporters club and even the GPA are doing what they can this time to ease the financial burden on McGuigan.

Hopefully he will continue to make progress and get back to his normal life of working and playing football ASAP.

Doing what they can. They run a night for him in Ardbo recently and he made enough money not to need to work for a coupkle of years yet !!
