Brennan a joy to watch,so slick on the ball and can do anything!! Was a great game that had everything great points/goals/hits/blocks/midfield catches and wasnt as one sided as it looked considering Dungannon were only 3 behind 10 mins into second half untill Brennan took over!
I think now after the wkends results that the winners of the Dromore/Omagh game will win,and IMO i think Dromore will shade it,mainly due to the fact that I believe after losin in last years semi will now make them hungrier and also the fact that Eoin McCusker is fir,has McCusker played last year against Omagh then Dromore would have won!!

And added to that Cathal McCarron's return.

Johnny Monroe and Collie McGurl out for Carmen. Could be crippling.

Hope thats not true Roddy, should be a good game but Carmen need big players like McGurk to be available.

As for us against Coalisland. It should be a great game providing we attack and dont play some of the overly defensive drivel we have been recently. IMO we can play some of the best free flowing football in the County when we throw of the shackles. I think if we invite Coalisland unto us then we are asking for trouble.

Can definitley see Killyclogher chinning Errigal with no Peter Harte.

Agree. Clonoe have such a strong team/squad I'm suprised they adopt that approach (or feel the need to at any rate). The norm nowadays I suppose   :(

I think to much is being made of the clonoe defensive strategy. To me their management are only trying to sort out a system for the occasion when a situation like championship v dromore presents itself again. I doubt if that system will be used this sunday.

Onto sundays game it will be tight some of the personal duels on show will be interesting hampsey v mc nulty, mackers v lavery, Jason Carberry v coney, Donnelly v Patrick Doris, Mc nulty v Philly T, Dwayne Quinn v B Toner Louis v Skeet this game will be very tight maybe only a 1 or 2 point game. Kerr and Doris missing kinda even themselves out as bad losses to either team.

Very good player, but how sharp/fit can you expect anyone to be given they've just returned from abroad having played little football? If Mackers fitness was in doubt, perhaps he may be left until the second half to run at a more tired Clonoe defence?

Let's not be too sore on Ardboe. They were up against a Dromore team with plenty of ability, who are one of the favourites for the championship, and who are motoring very well in the league to date. Yes, Ardboe wish to be challenging for honours, but they were still underdogs for this game.
They had to produce their best and hope Dromore didn't perform to their potential.

Playing devil's advocate here:
Better for his legacy to quit due to health reasons rather than be ousted by a coup?

A. Omagh V An Charraig Mhor
B. Dromore V Ardboe
C. Strabane V Augher
D. Dungannon V Trillick
E. Moy V Donaghmore
F. Errigal Ciaran V Killyclogher
G. Clonoe V Coalisland
H. Greencastle V Eglish

Quarter Finals
1. B v A
2. C v F
3. E v G
4. D v H

Semi - Finals:

Dromore
Killyclogher
Clonoe
Trillick

Can see Trillick making the semis!

Agree with all with the exception of Errigal/Killyclogher.
Teams are closer in standard than has been the case  for years. Although I suspect Errigal will prevail *just*.
Clonoe are my favourites for the championship, followed closely by Dromore.

It's the new way to get ridin. . . I can only imagine what it would have been like had it been around in University days!!

Youth is lost on the young.
University would have been a different experience with tinder and dorty snapchats.

Hampsey will never be called up under Harte!
Previously Des Tracey was in the same boat, won All Ireland with the U21s, went on to have an incident in a match against Mark Harte and then that was it, finished top scorer in Div 1 for 3 years on the bounce and was one around the county to be one of the best club players in the county and a dead ball expert and still I dont think even got a trial!

Why wouldn't Hampsey get a call up under Mickey Harte?

Seeking clarification:
Firstly, pardon my ignorance on the matter.
Does passing constitution change on allowing gay marriage change gay couples adoptive rights?  Most of the arguments on the 'No' side seem to be focusing on children having a mother and a father.
Can gay couples adopt at present? And will this change under the proposed change?

I reckon Richie Donnelly will start in the half forwards, even though he is only in the panel a matter of weeks. Other than that I would imagine it will be pretty much the same as we have seen through the league

My guess:
M O'Neill
Mcnamee joey mccarron
Harte mcnabb mccrory
Colm justy
Mccann, Richie Don, Paud mcnulty
McCurry
Sean, matty Don

Was very worried about this game all year but conditions are nicely set for a Tyrone ambush. I think we will compete well.
A good start is critical.

Do you think that will be the team or hope that will be the team.

Is Mickey O'Neill still a part of the county squad?

What is everyone's thoughts on what the line up will be this weekend?

Given Mickey didn't experiment much with lineups or personnel over the course of the national league, I'd imagine there will be little surprises in the lineup.

I don't think so... it's more Nationalists apathy towards our political representation.

With the issue of flegs/parades since the last General Election I think it has galvanised the Unionists into making sure they get out so FST isn't lost again.

I still think within the next 10-20 years there will be a Nationalist majority in NI and then the shit will hit the fan if a referendum is called.

I'd agree with this.

Unionist turnout increased as the union is 'under threat'. Same crisis cannot be said of Nationalism/Republicanism.

Also, important to note that unionist pacts are, in my opinion, the beginning of the end for unionists in those areas; Having to lump all support together to nick a win. A last roll of the dice if you will.

The stage seems set for a championship quarter final between Omagh and Ardbo, it will be some showdown.  Take 2.  Box office stuff.   Premimum gate receipt for the county board.  8)

I suspect Ardboe won't beat Dromore to set this tie up.
