and i'm closer to kerry than i am home............... no harm to the kerry ones on the board but in 2005 i got the train up to dublin on the sunday and all the kerry ones got on in mallow which i thought was lethal as we'd have a bit a craic.... oh how i was wrong they were as dry as ice and some of them i spoke to were quite arrogant about it! so this year i'm going to go homwe to tyrone first... it's all about the craic! and the football

If you put a long condom on a long dick,
and a short condom on a short dick, what do
you put on a wee fat dick....................................

A Tyrone top

really not funny....nor slightly amusing

p.s GOOD ONE FLEETOFFLAMES!

leenie, I'm getting to understand how you did not get along with the Kerry supporters on the train. You need to have a sense of humour in order to have a bit of craic.

dude ..... i am all about the craic..... check me jokes out on the funny thread...
perhaps northern humour is different to the kingdom!!!!!!!!
aaaaaaeeeeerrrrrrrooooo!

And what is so special about 9/11?

Terrorists flying commercial planes into iconic buildings murdering thousands is an everyday occurence in Strabane, is it? ;)

Like it or not, it was probably the defining moment in western history since the fall of the Soviet Union. Many people were horrified and traumatized, others celebrated, but people all over the planet had some kind of reaction to what was an incredibly shocking event that was broadcast live all over the world. The tsunami may have been huge news and much, much more destructive, but in terms of wider history and influence, it probably means little, sad to say, except that nations will hopefully be better prepared in future to deal with such catastrophes. What other event grabbed the attention of the world in such a fashion, at least in the lifetimes of the members of this board?

and some places in the world who don't have the "privilege" of being in the western world or have the facilities and never will to "deal with such catastrophes" suffer every single day..... no tradegy can out do another but some are brushed aside!

(The Rwandan Genocide was the 1994 mass killing of hundreds of thousands of Rwanda's minority Tutsis and the moderates of its Hutu majority. Over the course of approximately 100 days, from April 6 through to mid July, at least 500,000 people were killed. Most estimates are of a death toll between 800,000 and 1,000,000)

Leah from Tyrone was nine months old in 2005 and her Ma was on the radio then about "Croke Park" ruling that the baby couldn't get in without a ticket and the Ma was saying that she would have to sit on her knee anyway even if she had a ticket for a seat.
Leah should be able to sit unassisted and enjoy the match more this time.

any child under 6 should not be there!

Blow heaters are while sore on the leccy bill-ive tried all the tricks

here's a trick a big g.a.a type man with loads of "meat on him" to keep ya warm! not only are u saving money but also all the global warming/carbon footprint thingy...blah blah......

electric blankets work a treat but if u forget to turn them of then UH-OH!!!!!

or wear the smallest amount of clothing and when it gets unbearable put on a jumper and u'll feel the benefit then......

buy an old latern like the camper ones.....

use a steel keetle and a tea cosy (this cud b a beenie) for keeping ur tea warm throughout the day..... it will be stewed like f$%k but warm!

go to public places that are warm..... librarys, musemns, churches etc!

::) :P :P ::) :P eddie hobbs eat ur heart out!
