First class sir. The very best of luck with the single and album. Have ye contacted Glasgowbury and Sea Sessions for potential festival gigs?

Torres off? WTF.

Even Torres looks utterly baffled by that. Absolutely mad. Sometimes I think Rafa is trying to get the sack.

was thinking the same, pure madness.

Poor display, Insua offers absolutely nothing, and Johnson not much more. £20M Aquaman gets another paltry 10 mins. Hard to watch

What do you call the song with the line "weekend in Amsterdam" in it? (I know that is very vague). Thought it was called Last Weekend but couldn't find it on youtube.

Lost Weekend - Lloyd Cole....?

Wondering if anyone can offer some help with this? I have a Dell A960 3 in 1 printer/scanner. However at the minute when ever I connect up to it I can print ok but I can't scan?

Cant seem to work out what's wrong with it? any ideas??

have you added the 3 in 1 as a printer using a generic driver or the full 40 odd MB driver / software package? If you have the full package installed, maybe uninstall and reinstall:

If Liverpool win the Europa cup AND finish fourth in the league, will they decline the Champions league spot in order to defend their trophy as they pleaded was 'their right' when they won the CL and failed to qualify for the following year but were 'allowed' in?

And the point of this question is...?

To get you to respond to it I'd say ;)

Well what is there to say? That it will be hypocrisy on the part of Liverpool if they don't enter the UEFA? They didn't defend it in 2001-02 either. I don't recall any team forgoing their qualification for the European Cup when they also qualified to enter the UEFA or earlier Cup Winners Cup. Liverpool's argument that they should have had the right to defend the trophy was perfectly valid and had been the case through the history of the competition (I was unaware it was even an issue until 2005). Liverpool qualified for the European Cup in 1978 and 1981 by winning it, as Forest and Villa won the English league in those years. I'm pretty sure United defended it in 1968-69, when City were English champions, as did Forest when they went on to win the competition in 1980 and Villa in 1982 when Liverpool were champions. In those years, an extra place was set aside for the defending champions. No reason why it should have been changed, IMO.

So what are you expecting people to say here?

Just wondering. That's all. Thanks.

roasted!  ;D

not a hundred percent sure, but I'd say they'd enter the CL and try and win it for a 6th time

the penalty incident: a free should have been awarded for the minimal contact outside the box and Valencia should have been awarded a yellow card for throwing himself to the ground inside the box like a big diving girl....webb is a woeful referee, near as bad as wee Marty

Glasgowbury - Awesome festival, good craic, good crowd - If you get the weather it's a cracking day out!

Picked up four awards at the Irish Festival Awards this year and as this year is the 10th year it promises to be a monster festival.  Talk of all ten headliners being back, extra days added, The Answer.  All whispers at this stage but it's definitely worth a run up for the day/night!

absolutely screen...have been to the last few, brilliant brilliant times. An extra day would be class...even if was a 7pm start on the Friday night say with a handful of bands.

Hello celtic men

Was wondering what ever happened to Alan Thompson who played on the left wing for Celtic a while back. Seemed a good player who was touted to sort Englands left sided problems. Caught him being interviewed for Footy focus (I think) at a time when for some reason he was caught in limbo...wasnt getting a start and was seeing out his contract...

did he play for anyone else after this?
what happened him @ Celtic and who was manager at the time?

cheers in advance
