i'm thinkin of goin out for a meal in belfast, where is the best spot??  decent feed like, im not talkin the students hangouts like maggies or the other place!! but then not over the top stuff like cafe vaudeville, heard it wasnt that nice and the prices are ridiculous!!

i think it was eventually established that peter was elligible to play under the ruling that if you are 39 then you are in your 40th year?? not sure its just what i heard, plus imo i doubt it was whitnell's "youth" that helped the down masters secure a place in the final!!??

according to marty clarke, he told me that dyas has impressed all the right people over there and that the decision is basically in his hands now! i cant see him turnin it down especially with the success of marty, it would be a different story if marty wasnt doin so well! good luck to the lad!

i think burren will beat c'wellan in the reserve final, if their performance against burren in the PRFC is anythin to go by, i cant see the reserve side being very good!

ma's leek and shpud= great shout, the leeks just give it a nice peppery touch will the spud gives ya that feeling of eatin somethin filling and wholesome that other soups cant!

just back from lunch and ended up goin with the minestrone and it didnt disappoint! thanks to all!! i ended up goin all out italian then and got a ciabatta with mozarella and sun dried tomatoes and parma ham!! best lunch ive had all week id say! and i know its a bit "la dee da" but im not a bummer, as im normally a hang sangich dunked in the scotch broth kinda guy!!
