Bit gay so is it?

You can't be a "bit" gay SuperSub...

Should have mentioned for home drinking all the Polish/Baltic beers are the business: Lech, Okocim, Tyskie, Baltika. Blow the head off ya. Great offie round the corner from us and you can get all that plus the posh Euro stuff: Budvar, Leffe, Erdinger, Franziskaner, Duvel. They stock Sam Adams as well which I feckin love.

Burn it laoislad burn it..

Amazing thing though as soon as laoislad posts a few harmless tounge in cheek jokes about the Dubs INDIANA Gnevin and Tankie have a heart attack trying to post a response about how awful it is that someone could actually dare to saying something against the Dubs...
Now when the same poster actually posts something nice about the West Brits none of them tools post  about it ::)

They're probably down goading and taunting the locals at Tom Kelly's wedding..

Poor Tommy, you had to feel sorry for him!  :D

"We have to let more high ball into Barry, Tommy" "We're getting killed in midfield Tommy"
What good was that! Tommy has eyes of his own. That can hardly be considered stats. At half-time he went running up to Johnno telling him the same thing, and Johnno kept walking, more or less ignored him. Funny.  :D

Do people take the stats seriously though? I can hardly imagine a bunch of lads bolloxed at half time having their cup of tea and huddled around a bar chart. I know that both Junior and Intermediate champions last year in Laois were using them, but I'm not sure if the stats matter as much as having the stats...

There's also a nice little restaurant beside the atlantic coast hotel, just a wee bit out of the town, does excellent fish!

I was in that one -- very nice. Can't remember the name. I remember being amazed by the service. In that the waiting staff weren't like "Serving you is so beneath me".

what is a leech and a seed? whats better to take, more seeds or more leeches? any other tips?

More seeds. A seed is somebody who is sharing the file who has an upload ratio of 1.0 or more (i.e., uploaded the same amount as they downloaded). A leech is somebody who downloaded the file and isn't sharing it. A peer is somebody who  has partially downloaded the file.
So look for files with lots of seeds.

Also the more you share the better your download rate will be. Also make sure you have port forwarding set up on your broadband router -- if you've been using Limewire or the like you might have run into this before.

Best sites for non-GAA torrents would be thepiratebay.org and torrentspy.com. Or just google "torrent" and whatever you're looking for. If it's tv shows or movies beware -- cos they're usually dubbed in French or filmed with a camcorder from inside Storm Cinemas in Portlaoise.. or the like....

Bottom line, I was replying to "we are blue" and the aspersion he cast on the Chicago Wolfe Tones and one of the finest Gaelic football players, Liam "Horse" Cullen, to ever grace any field in North America.

Jaysus r&b that's a bit heavy. First of all if I was casting aspersions on anyone it was the Tones not on Cullen - where did you get that from? Second of all "Cmon Brendans" hardly qualifies as incitement to hatred. Third - now that you mention it I'd love to see a post/thread about NACB shenanigans over the years (or should I say alleged shenanigans) -- great history of inter-club rivalry over there that not too many people here really know about.

whilst the Goading by the Dubs was alarming, it was also experienced by Tyrone last year, remember Billy Sheehan.

At the risk of reigniting a debate that's now 4 days old...... there's a big difference between man-to-man verbals and doing it for the benefit of the crowd.

To be honest i found the Carney piece fascinating - it's an area we rarely get to see.

The Keane piece on the Hill (or the corner of it) was a disappointment for me. The premise and the build up suggested much more than what we got. Didn't really get a flavour of what the Hill was like.

Yeah I never realised the stats man spent the game roaring down a walkie talkie telling Tommy the half backs need to get stuck in. Somehow I thought there'd be more -- statistics -- involved? Maybe Mayo didn't want to give too many secrets away. Would have liked to have seen more about this meself. Having a passing interest in d'stats however I know every lad that does it is very precious about his own magic spreadsheet...

As for the unique "flavour" of the Hill...... would have liked to see young Keane do his piece from the John 3:7 spot behind the goals and not up in the Cusack corner. I'm sure that would have been more -- interesting...
