Of course it will, do you honestly believe that the FA will go against the law of the land and deem there is a case to answer when the cops say there isn't? Im sure Chelsea/Terry legal team would have a field day with that.
The Terry case is relevant if only to highlight the inconsistency by the FA in all of this.
It happens all the time. The law of the land differs from employment law for example. If you stole at work you effectively have to prove your innocence where as law has to prove your guilt.
Take the Suarez case, the CPS would probably through that out too as it's effectively one persons word against the other.
Exactly and why did the FA chose to go down one route for Terry and a different one for Suarez?
