Mayo need a marquee forward

Would O Shea and O Connor not be classified as marquee forwards? Or is it more hype?

Was baffling why O Shea stayed out around MF for the last few minutes

I think you might see a lot more young Catholics representing NI in the near future.

The IFA are doing a lot of work in the the youth development squads to promote an all inclusive culture to help cut out young lads changing allegiance.

I think we will always see some cross over but you have to give them credit for trying to do something.

I would agree ref Windsor Park, it's not a great place for a catholic to have to go to, but again Belfast is beginning to regenerate itself so some of the areas down that way may tidy themselves up.

The main problem is the supporters, vast majority are socially deprived and unfortunately don't have the education or leadership behind them to try and promote a all inclusive atmosphere at games.

Thrilling sport and all that it is, I think it's had its day and should be banned!
Such a waste of life the young rider that was killed at the weekend!
Closed circuit could still provide enough thrills for these guys and the fans.

It is mind boggling that there is even a debate here!

Hard watch last night, it appears we haven't learnt much from the last few years.
Kickouts are killing us, once Tyrone pushed up we were clueless in how to win primary possession, McNicholl time and time again booted the ball into areas were Tyrone were dominant, any time the ball broke we were too slow to the break.
It was interesting to see the difference in urgency in our kick outs and Tyrones, any time Morgan had a kick out he was looking to get the ball out asap and the defence were moving into areas looking the short, we seem to lack this urgency.

Turning defence into attack is a major issue still, to much lateral running and passing, would like to see Bell and Kielt coming from deep more and and try and get the ball off the shoulder, they are getting caught too much in congested areas and are very easy to bottle up.Kielt actually spent most of the game marking his man who was bombing forward at every opportunity.

I've no idea how Holly remained on so long, R Donnelly took him to the cleaners, someone should have been detailed to him much sooner
Still a work in progress, Celtic Park is a different beast, let's hope things improve upon then.

What price were Midtjylland?! It's not even a huge shock anymore.

This is the worst Utd outfit I've seen in a long time, the infrastructure at the club seems so disheveled and the players they have bought lack balls for the fight.

Surley the won't appoint Giggs as the next manager, he's never convinced me as a coach, even with his demeanour.

Are the guards scared or in cahoots with these gangsters??

There was only going to be one outcome once the Russian player put the head forward... Stupid action.. I'd say he was sitting on his own on the flight home!

anyone hazard a guess how much money Moyes will have to spend in the summer? would needy be in the region of £250-300M surely to compete with the Chelseas and Man Citys of this world

Who knows when you have the American owners nothing is guaranteed. How much would RVP make? 2 years left on his contract. Plenty of stories of him being unhappy and huffing to the Dutch press on Tuesday night. If he could fetch close to £20M I would let him go. He looks uninterested. How mutch would Valencia+Young+Nani+Anderson fetch? Is Buttner worth anything?
Kagawa should be sold if he is not going to be used much.

You forgot about Cleverly and Smalling! £1m for the pair???

Realistically who are They going to be able to sign in the summer?? I believe Utd have lost the X Factor they used to have, especially with Moyes in charge.
It's a harsh reality that none of the marquee players want to come to Old Trafford. This summer will be no different.
Ya,Mata is shite, it'll be a long time before they sign another Bebé or a Dong Fangzhuo....

Would Wesley Sneijder be a good signing? he's 29 though, Toni Kroos is the perfect age

Pick 6 realistic players Utd could get, as Keane mentioned that's what's required to push for honours

Kroos would be an excellent signing but why would he leave Munich.. I suspect he's angling for a new contract?

Sweinsteiger as always impressed me.

Coleman would be an excellent addition too.

They need probably another 2 centre backs and a left back too. Who they are Im not so sure!!

Cluxton

Mcmeniman
Moynihan
Scullion

T o Se
McGeeney
S Og de paor

Tohill
Cavanagh

Donnellan
Cooper
Joyce

Canavan
M.Murphy
M linden

My team is from early to mid 90s to present, possibly some Northern bias in it but I probably seen these boys play more often.

3 Galway players in it, mainly for the fact that I loved watching them in full flow..

Murphy is still quite young but what a talent!

Quite an attack minded defence but sure the game has gone that way now.

Moyes looks like a rabbit caught in headlights and doesn't know what to do next. Though he inherited a poor squad which Fergie squeezed every last last ounce out of...Never seen a team so lacklustre..
Time for a clearout!
