Coulter hit him in the ribs. A dirty hit if ever I saw one, He was lucky to stay on the field after that.

Down are a mediocre side but its still division one against division three. Would expect Down to get through this. Are these games neutral venues?

Incidentally is the QF a straight open draw, for instance could kerry play Cork again at this stage?
I think the provincial winners are kept apart until the semi finals (if they get there)

Portloaise or  possibly Navan Id guess.

Aiden o rourke brought a great defensive system to down this year, one of the super coaches mentioned by many for the armagh job. Or maybe the players just not good enough

Masterful from Donegal. They tore Down a new one and played some great football to boot. Down were dreadful in the second half and were shown to be  a limited outfit at this level. I really hope Donegal can push on and win the All Ireland. They are the only team capable of breaking up the big three IMO. Draíochta Tir Connaill.

GAA Discussion / Re: Kerry v Tyrone

I thought it was a dirty game, with both sides as bad as the other.  In the football stakes Kerry destroyed Tyrone, absolutely took them to the cleaners. A well deserved victory. Going forward  Donegal are the only team in Ulster who will be able to stand up to the big three (Cork Dublin Kerry) in my opinion.

There is no Rangers. Currently they are called Sevco 5088. The old Rangers are dead/ liquidated and they cannot add to there trophy count as they are dead/liquidated. Rangers fans may try and tell everyone they are still Rangers but the fact remains that company/ football club is gone forever. They are now Sevco 5088 until thay manage to get a new name.

OK, need confirmation of stadium layout in Clones:

Gerry Arthurs stand is the covered one.
Pat McGrane - seats in front of the hill.

So which is the O'Duffy terrace and which is the Eastern stand?

The O'Duffy Terrace is for Blueshirts only. ;)

Really cant see anything other than a win for Donegal unless Down score 3+ goals. I  honestly think Donegal are well set to win the All Ireland this year with their slightly more attacking style from 12 months ago. ( Its still hard to watch though).

Good game to watch for the neutral. Duffy was terrible as per usual, fair play to Down to come back against 16 men :P. Monaghan can take heart from their first half performance if they can play like that for 70 theyll give anyone a game.

Its Roscommons to lose. A home draw for the 2010 Connacht champions allied to some impressive recent underage campaigns should see these hardy Connacht challenging perennials home at the Hyde. Rossies by six.

Tough draw for Armagh. Need to be at our very best to beat  these  hardy perennial  Connacht challengers. Revenge for last years minor defeat will be difficult to execute, though not impossible.

Not sure how winning a senior game will gain revenge for a minor defeat? We beat Tipp this year did nothing to wipe out the minor semi final defeat.
Just trying to get some sort of edge, perhaps I should of mentioned the 1980 senior semi final? :P

Sporting integrity should be paramount. Rangers should be stripped of all the titles in which they cheated (From 2001 onwards) by using EBTs. Let the bastards burn. No to Newco.
