you cant put getting beat 4-1 at home down to bad luck if uve played well.aw rite,i thought the year wiltord scored the winner at old trafford,it was a midweek game was the year of the invincibles.

not clinical enough, not lucky enough and nowhere near good enough!im very worried about going to old trafford next week.utd would like nothing more than to win the title whilst embarassing us with a 4 or 5nil hammering after the year the invincibles won the title at old trafford.

typical!!bossed the first half hour, could have a couple up and then two suckerpunches.the inability to defend routine set pieces costs us again and then our defence keeps backing off anelka for his goal which was a great strike.walcott has definitely proved that he isnt a proven finisher and certainly wouldnt be the answer up front.diaby having another stormer >:(.hes nowhere near good enough, the shape of him taking the chance off the foot of cesc.

heard bits of a interview/press conference wenger had during the the week.he was rambling on something along the lines of he wasnt worried because his team got to the last four in europe yet his midfield was so young and will develop, balls balls balls.im gona take an eamonn dunphy stance with this, pains me to say it but i wouldnt mind us taking a pasting today and next week against utd so that wenger might finally open his f**king eyes and go out and buy some quality!!!

ill give him that,he had a serious injury and not everyone comes back the same player.hes got a fair bit of skill amount him,his approach play on the ground is quite good too,but for someone his size he doesnt look interested when it comes to challenging an opposing centre half in the air.i think he was running to hit every corner last nite, hes about 6'2/6'3 ??? ???

aye the oul fella was up at it,said they played well, said atmosphere was something else, even surpassed setanta cup match against linfield which i find hard to believe.
tommy stewart showing the benefits of a good preseason behind him, think he'll be a great wee player.sammy morrow useless,if city could get someone in,let him have his move to linfield!

aye was reading a column on sky sports of andy grays,he reckoned they have a quite a bit of experience, despite their ages he felt adebayor, fabregas, likes of clichy were experienced, add that in with toure, gallas almunia, rvp, there is experience there.but ask yourself the question of how many of the arsenal players would get on for utd, chelsea and liverpool and a regular basis, very few!!

in fact the likes of eboue, bentner, song, diaby, denilson would certainly not get on for villa or everton and even a few others in the top ten.toure hasnt been the same since sol campbell left the club, gallas for a centre half isnt physically commanding enough,he never attacks the ball in the air or plays centre forwards in the fashion that vidic, terry or even ferdinand would.
i
n an ideal world we would get a new keeper, two defenders, two midifielders and a striker but will be very surprised if that happens.i think we really need two centre halfs, toure beside a quality one may come again but we have no cover as djourou and silvestre have showed.if we could get one commanding figure in the middle of the park wenger may feel thats enough with arshavin available, and rosicky hopefully with a pre season behind him.what about santa cruz in place of adebayor??

walcott aint the answer up front, definitely not.we need a big man up front with rvp, someone who can score in the air and on the deck, proven quality, not easy to find i know but thats what we need.i wouldnt be sure of the stats but walcott hasnt scored that many this season but i do appreciate he was out for 3months,still dont think hes a clinical finisher considering the positions he gets himself into with his pace, needs 3 chances for every 1 he converts.we need rid of rodney trotter and let adebayor go to fcuk, wud generate a fair wee bit of money to buy a proven striker and you would have rvp, eduardo with a full pre season behind him and vela another year experience behind him.
dont get me started on the midfield or back four or id end up writing a dissertation!!

if last nite turns out to be the wake up call that wenger needed then ill gladly take the defeat to utd but in truth why has it went on this long before he has realised we arent anywhere near good enough to challenge utd and chelsea on a regular basis.you cant put the barren spell arsenal have had down to bad luck or injuries, its lack of quality and wenger has to give in to his stubborness and accept this.
i still wouldnt rule out wenger coming out in the press in the next week or 2 with a statement along the lines of "my young players are good enough, bla bla, with a little more luck and time to develop certain qualities,we will challenge for trophies, bla bla" so if this was the case he would only buy one or 2 players in the summer.he needs a clearout.
whilst the likes of song denilson diaby have improved in the last couple of years they still arent up to the standard thats required to win a major trophy.if wenger is happy to keep finishing 4th so be it,the current panel of players may be just about good enough to finish 4th next year, villa and everton are closing the gap all the time.wenger has to hold his hands up,and revamp the squad with quality signings and get rid of some of the deadwood or else its time for him to move on himself.....

aye lads red bull is a nitemare,i had a while feed of jagerbombs all weekend,my hearts pounding the day, feel like im gona explode.was out friday nite,a stag do saturday and sunday and went for "1" yday,3in the morning job again.sick as fcuk the day, beginning to think the hangovers arent worth it lads.mate of mines went and got a feed yday eve,had chicken balls on his plate, was walking through kitchen to living room, chicken ball fell off his plate,he thot it was a rat, jumped up onto sofa, his woman tuk plate off him and sent him to bed!!
