derry kerry and cork were never going to bring a crowd to cp yesterday (only donegal would be farther away) and monaghan has one of the smallest pop in ireland. yet it was still a desperate sell by the gaa. i know if the dubs or kildare/meath.tyrone etc iw would be a much easier job to fill it but the gaa need to promote the league final or dump it. imo it must be on the same sunday evey year (last one in april is good) and be on rte. why oh why is it on tg4 in irish where 3% of the pop will see it. to promote it you must get people to see it not hide it on tg4. i see someone in the leinster council today saying it shouldnt be on telly because thats keeping the crowd down when the exact opposite is true

I thought that TG4 was a national broadcaster and available to 100% percent of the population. It's usually on the button marked 4 on your remote!!!

I think TG4 are showing the Northern Ireland Snooker Trophy both those weekends. I guess its starting after the live match. I would imagine the deferred matches will be back in two weeks.
