Am glad for the fella. Yer man Boyle should have got a month for dishonest and cowardly play. Compare his actions to about 2 dozen similar confrontations in the hurling final. There is too much dishonesty in football and it's an embarrassment to the sport.

The problem is consistency. Common sense was applied here. It isn't always. More high profile cases tend to be resolved on the common sense rule whereas many other counties get punished unnecessarily at the beginning of the season.

after watching henry shefflin win a throw in and proceed to stick it over the bar while a tip player breaks his hurl across his shin and he didnt even flinch got me thinking about how boyle would have reacted

so does to wrongs make a right?no matter what way you dress it up and try and compare from mathes in the past nothing gets past the point that last sundays match was the worst match to be ever played in croke park, those example of matches were one offs and totally unlike donegal who played exactly the same every match they played this year,  i said it at half time and i will say it again if donegal had got to the final i would have missed the first final in 20 years and every other neutral beside was saying exactly the same so brolly,Spillane and O'Rourke were only saying what everybody else was thinking.and all this conspiracy crap about bias towards Dublin is just pure B S and just lazy journalism IMO.

Lads - What about round belfast?  Anywhere people could go on a Saturday morning for a quiet round.

Course doesnt have to be PGA standard.  Heading out with two mates and one wouldnt know where to begin so could dig a few holes around the place.

Somewhere less established that Mount Ober.  Burnfield probably a bit too far away.

yip, dunmurry is a nice course but you would have little chance getting out before 12.30
Dunmurry is pretty good.
