Press conference later today. Thank Christ...I fancy a few pints. No need to rush on the new appointment. We need to get this right.

Has the agony ended yet? Surely the p45 must be only hours away. De Boer favourite at 4/6. I'd prefer Koeman myself.

McCarthy covers every blade of grass. I think he's a brilliant player. Most Evertonians love him. He does come in for a bit of stick for crab passing and going backwards, looking for the simple pass, but whenever he's out injured our results stink. Can he control a game like Keane did, no chance. He is not that type of player. But the abuse Dunphy fires his way is unbelievable.

3 division 1 games being played on Sunday afternoon this weekend. I wonder when the schedule gets announced. Hopefully the Mayo Tyrone game is live or deferred.

With regards to O'Neill looking a touch on the sturdy side...I think it's his gait...when you look at him in his civvies there's not a pick on him...let alone any sign of timber. When that first ball went into him yesterday he was away from Morgan like a whippet...and the skill for the dummy solo and point in the second half was a joy to behold. The lad is pure class.

Great victory for the lillywhites today. Cross tried to horse Omagh out of the game at the start of the second half. Some previous poster was saying Cross are conditioned for Ulster club championship every year. I thought the fittest team won. Meyler and Aaron Grugan got through some amount of work. The breeze was a factor in the game and obviously the sendings off...but victory was deserved in my opinion. Having watched the game again, the yellow for Jamie Clark was the wrong call and if he had've tapped the free over that he deserved, the result may have been different. The ref gave Omagh very little in the first half, but that decision certainly went our way. So many great performances all over the pitch today. Justy is getting his best form back and Barry Tierney and the 2 big lads in midfield were excellent. RON is a clinical finisher. 2 weeks to prepare for the winners of St Eunan's and Roslea. I dare to dream...

Great showpiece. Fair play to the lillywhites. Showed great cojonies throughout the championship....for a townie team. Barry Tierney and big Joe McMahon both immense and Ronan O'Neill's scores were priceless. Clarke in goals was excellent and Stephy Mullan at no.4 a rock. Carmen played well and I thought they had it. But McCarron's punt into O'Neill at the end paid great dividends. Omagh could win 3 or 4 more in the next 10. Or not win another for 26. I couldn't give a fiddler's f**k. Happy days. Omagh's night....

Justy has played 4 league games for Omagh and looked in good touch there for the last 10 minutes on Sunday. He needs to start. I would have the block on as well. That man is required for what I think will be a feisty atmosphere. Jesus our defence is getting ripped open. Lets hope that team is mind games.

I'm anticipating changes....

I think McGinley will get a starting jersey in the half back line. Gormley may start on the bench, although he may be named in one of the corners.

Good finish for the toffs. Now it's a summer of Gaa and the world cup for a month. Happy days. Roberto has had a great first season. I'm optimistic for the years ahead. We will need to sign Lukaku or someone else who can rattle the onion 16 times. Will 20m be enough? Will he want to sign for us or does he want champions league...It's hard to know what lies ahead, but we'll need plenty of signings that is for sure.

Good game. Strange atmosphere at Goodison, The Hart save and dzecko goal at start of second half proving decisive. But that was drama from start to finish. Will there be another twist? If city don't win it now, they don't have any bottle. Guaranteed 5th position for the toffees. Well done lads. Martinez a breath of fresh air. Great appointment and I am looking forward to next season already and a few city breaks in the Europa. Nil Satis...

Totally deserved. Mustard has had some season for us. Probably my player of the year, though McCarthy has been brilliant too. This game on Saturday evening is going to be interesting. An Arsenal win tonight and 4th is gone. Spurs can still catch us...what a nightmare that would be...United can as well if they win their last 3 and we lose both of our remaining two. Our performance against the saints was easily the worst of the season. We have a great record against City and home form has been superb, but City will be chomping at the bit. Interesting indeed.

I would rather see PJ Quinn and Tierney in the corners, they deserve a shot at redemption. Both completely roasted in Killarney yes but offered zero protection from the players in front of them. I wonder is it a case of beard thinking...you boys clearly aren't up to it...hope not. For me they are more aggressive and sticky than the players selected...suppose it can only be a matter of time before Gormley and Joe slot in to that defense.
