OTF, Evans comes across to me as a bit of a spoofer, maybe that's just me. Jason Ryan did a good job with Wexford. Can't see too many other candidates if Cunningham or Sugrue are not interested.

Wouldn't go near John Evans. I suppose Jason Ryan might be worth a chance as there is no obvious outstanding manager out there who is realistic.

It's gone very quite regarding our next manager. What's the latest rumours doing the rounds?

Can they not just move on and have 8 groups of 4 in champions league style format? Just don't mention champions league or the dinosaurs at congress will never pass it.

This will surely lead to the strong counties getting stronger and the weak counties getting weaker.

Jesus this is unbelievable. You couldn't make this stuff up!!! >:(

Thanks to Armagh for sneakily hiding behind the CCCC to get the game replayed. The extra game will really stand to us.

Hopefully a good Laois crowd goes and supports the team. They may not be world beaters but put in a huge amount of work. For too long we've been outnumbered at home games.

So the games on Sunday have been put back by two and a half hours to avoid a clash with Ireland v France. They've even taken into account it might go to extra time! But they wouldn't move our first game against Armagh. 45 mins would have been enough. The GAA really treat us like shit on the end of their shoe.

T Fearon, three could of happened. A fine for Laois, award the match to Armagh or as has happened a replay is ordered. As this was on the lower end of the scale ie. it was the last minute of the game and had no bearing on the game, I think a fine would have been sufficient. Armagh are lucky to be getting a replay.

Still no word from Armagh. Is it set in stone that it's in Portlaoise?

I can't see how John O Loughlin is eligible to play if it's a re-fixture and not a replay. The management and county board better check, re-check and check again. We don't want another fiasco!!!
