Shagging. With her on top. Zero impact if you have a soft mattress and loads of calories burned into the bargain.

Thanks - as I'm a girl I think I'll stick with the rower / aqua aerobics but thoughtful reply all the same.

just because you're a girl doesn't mean you cant have another girl on top  ;)

You could do it on a water bed if your insistent on an aqua input.

big man, when yer in a hole, stop digging ;D

earflute, on behalf of derry gaels, id like to apologise for this neanderthals sexist remarks; he is in no way representative of the rest of us, who are well known to be easy on the eye, charming and witty when the need arises :)

You are very gallant but no need to apologise; being asked if I am a 'big unit' has compensated for the other slightly dodgy
'advice' on my back rehab.

Totally impractical as I need a firm mattress but you are as 'creative' as ever.

General discussion / Low Impact Aerobic Training
April 06, 2011, 11:09:44 AM
Hi,
I'm an infrequent poster and a frequent lurker and am hoping I may get some advice on the following: Am recovering (wk 4) from an aggravated disc - physio called it 'early disc' and am hoping to get back into some aerobic training I do have a date for specialist personal training and am swimming 30 mins most days - hoping to get some other suggestions on low impact so I can get some work done prior to seeing trainer.
was thinking of cross trainer and am getting mixed reports about the usefulness of the stationary bike.
any help gratefully received.
