Go on then name these clubs that avoid the top 4 Tyrone gaa. Nonsense statement

Going on last year.  Omagh were keen to avoid extra league fixtures and quickly dropped away in the league.  Results in the last 4/5 games would show that.  From speaking to people involved with Clonoe (who seriously reduced training well after championship exit).  Perhaps this was to cut club expenses but there wasn't an interest in winning a league.  Speaking to some Errigal people although they finished inside the top 4 they weren't overly delighted

Happy Redzone?

Omagh didn't bother with the league cause they had won championship and  had eye on ulster

Clonoe after being beat in championship on 10 aug,then beat the island and hammered the moy next. They only stopped playin for top 4 when it was beyond there reach.  Moortown shocked them and Donghamore to, {when a team is in a relegation battle that is when there are hardest to beat.}

Errigal beat end of May in championship then make top 4 without trying. Them errigal lads r pulling ure leg.

id have thought nothing more than a Connaught final win would do. An all Ireland is a step to far, for sure so maybe a national league either. They have been getting to semi finals thus last few years but that was under horan. Don't think that the new management are going to be fit to add that bit extra. The players just are not there/good enough. A real good manager can take you that bit extra. eg harte, mcguinness. A pity that they didn't go for Mcstay. When did they last win a league out of curiosity.

There's no way he the ref thought that balled bounced. It was a monumental refereeing mistake just. Cant understand how 2 linesman and 2 umpires didn't pick up on it. Maybe they did and hadn't the balls to put their hand up. I don't hear believe this crap of umpires not being allowed to interfere with normal play. You do what is right

I thought Niall Morgan was very lucky to escape a card when mayo scored their goal. He needs to think about his discipline.
Mickey O'Neill a genuine contender now for goalkeeper.

Not a chance. Mickey not at morgans level and wont be. Good to see an aggressive goalkeeper. Reminds me of clucko. One of the first names on the teamsheet.

Welll done lads. Great hunger, hunting in packs, disciplined tackling, that game had it all. I want to see the same against derry. Made the right call dropping ronie. Way to lazy to play that sort of game. Mcnammee stood up well. Justy was immense. Wat about McCurry eh. I mind watching an u21 final in Enniskillen one time and saying to myself that hed be a better prospect than  ronan oneill. Midfield still a huge worry. The only time u really felt confident about a kick out was when matty was targeted. Morgan obviously has peter ward as a role model. Knew wat he was at with  o shea that time to. Def only a yellow even at that.

hard to pinpoint what the hell happened in that 2nd half.completly wiped out around the middle section.1 player that is needed back is aidan cassisdy.thought pj and hughes were goin well but we just weren't getting any breaks.matty is the leader in that team and when he walked that was it.tierney had it tough out there tonite.monanghan were well set up and disciplined in the tackle.i said here before that poacher was the best coach in ulster, and when micky didn't go lookin about him says it all  really.theres more in that tyrone team and they will be hurting no doubt.canavan will be shrewder about it next yr.mayo and Dublin up next, two tough games.

Next door are puting up an extension but the speed of how it is going up is quite alarming now its a single story extension so it might be ok but this is how quickly its gone up and it looks a bit suspect to me.

friday 16th January they dug the foundations the following monday poured concrete in foundations was a frost that night but they didnt cover the founds, the next day they laid brick on it to bring up the floor levels. 2 days later they poured the concrete floor just before dark again another frost not covered. the following day the entire walls were up. Sat 24th started doing the roof attaching it to a what looked like 4 by 2 screwed into both walls. nothing done this week im assuming they are in dispute with the owners as the roof pitch is way higher than anyone elses extensions in he row.

is this excessively quick?? ive never seen an extension go up so quick. its about 25 * 20 ft .

There is still an odd good one about.
[/quote]u havnt said how many men were building it.they couldn't have build it in 1 day as it would hav fell over.usually 12 row to wallplate.max in a day would be 7/8 row in winter time.any more and it would fall over.mortar has to set you see.if they had it on a price then it could be done in a very quick time.one thing u don't need to do is cover the founds in frosty weather.

coney to me is the sort of player who has 100% talent and only 50% commitment. harte  would rather have 100% commitment and 50% talent.so would I. players like coney are plentiful in tyrone. u have to be fit to hold on to the ball first time, or, call it what u want.it will make or break him. hopefully he will come back a lot better. the ball is in court now. it would be grt to see him bulk up, get the injuries cleared and mayb b invite back ltr in the yr or next year. I would say hes a lot more talented than Raymond mulgrew was but he has to work his bollix of from here on in.

A lot of outside men there.Anybody want to say how much  roughly these outside managers get?Surely to god nobobdy in division 2 would be getting more than £40 per session all in
