Yes.

Head in sand attitude, population is estimated to be 9.2 billion by 2050 - by 3000 it could be more than four times that, how much more of the land could we rape to sustain that amount of people.

Global warming.

Global wars.

Mankind raping the earth.

Unprecedented growing population.

Resistance to Antibiotics.

New diseases.

No appetite among the greedy global / commercial leaders for change.

I personally think we are fucked, no way can the current situation continue on this blue planet, people are inherently selfish beings, what can I get now and to hell with the consequences.

David Walliams

Is that just because of the persona he portrays, man does a hell of a lot for charity and is instrumental in getting kids back reading in an era of tablets and technology.

Absolutely his persona, cant stand him. Work he does besides though is first class. Despise his comedy, same dung all the time

So you don't like his comedy and as a result think he is an arsehole - great logic!

No.The constitutional status quo would have to remain for the foreseeable future, but the cohesion brought about by focusing on a new N Irish identity could.lead to economic stability and ultimately financial independence

That is a load of horse shite.  Question -  how can you keep the constitutional status quo being totally subsidised by west minister with a huge % of the population looking for a united Ireland and focus on a new N Irish identity?

By the way by a common Northern Ireland identity do you mean a state independent of UK or the Republic of Ireland, who would pay all those here who work (ahem) who get paid by the British Government as civil servants, this is the most government subsidised place in these islands, if all the civil servants had to get a proper job they wouldn't get past the first interview.  I would suggest you take you head out of the clouds.

I think bigotry at a political level is all but gone.It is legally forbidden in any case.Pursuit of a common N Irish identity instead of allegiances to states that don't want any of us is plainly the best way forward.

Do you seriously believe that?

What if nationalists abandoned the elusive and unattainable concept of unity and tried to make a new North of Ireland work? Much of the unionist bigotry is founded on mistrust.

What if unionist's abandoned their bigotry?

buy a house when you get done with university - you can afford the mortgage - trust me
dont let anyone get in the way of your dreams - especially yourself - will save time later
spend more time with your grandparents

I'd tell myself and all my friends the exact opposite. Get over this very Irish and British idea that you simply must own a house ASAP.
I was paying rent in my 20s when I could have paid a mortgage. I have friends who bought houses and rented them out and in 10 years some of them will own more than 10 houses each that were paid for by renters like me! I would rather have 10 houses to sell when I'm 50 or have the rental income than be sitting with one house to my name....

How would people afford their, for example, 150% mortgages, if they left uni in, say 2006 and then lost their jobs a few years later?

What happens when you're 50, have ten houses to sell and nobody to buy them?

Effectively advising a 15 year old to get into property speculation at 21 is lunacy in my opinion.

You have a great grasp of the economy and the growing population if you think that would ever happen!

Most of your friends now will cease to matter to you in 10 years time.  The only reason your "friends" are slagging the girl you hooked up with is that they are jealous they can't get one and are trying to act cool, on their own without a girl friend!!

My own daughter lost her IPOD and found it again a few days ago - when she goes to log on to imessage it keeps throwing her back to the login screen, very annoying, followed all suggestions about date being set to automatic etc to no avail.

Though now I watched it, it's actually quite good, but I also would say life on mars.
