being at uni in scotland, i know he is the honorary president of glasgow uni's gaelic team and has attended thir functions, sponsored the team and also been to a few of their games with john hartson when he could make it. he has been decent to all their lads in the past.

QuoteIn an interview in The Times yesterday the bloke that played President Palmer reckoned it was him paved the way for Obama to run for president as in 24 he was judged on his decisions and morals rather than his colour. I'm sure Obama is grateful...

sure he saved the US after he resigned as president, then saved logans administration until palmer unforunately got the line. best president ever, he was a martyr :D :D :D

I'm sure Antrim would like another crack at Div1 but I don't see too many calling for special dispensation for them.

your right johnny.at the end of the day, one year in the 2nd division will maybe give them they kick the arse they need. in antrim there has been an awful amount of work being done at club level and county level but why should offaly should get special dispensation. they knew what was going to happen at the start of the year and is there own fault they got relegated. not the gaa's and no other county should suffer because of it.

we have had the eoin kelly's and the sean og's in antrim constanty to coach but thats only to help increase the promotion of games up here. i think they need to look at themselves and their own youth structures. i know antrim can hardly preach to anyone but you have to start somewhere

yeah apparently he is. he has the inside info on the weaknesses antrim need to expose!!

yeah def club for me, but ask the lads on the county teams. in antrim we have problems that players barely play for the clubs and dont care about meaningless games for the club and would rather play county any day. they love their day getting hammered at croke and 10 minutes on the sunday game

QuoteWaterford in the Hurling,

to consider the league champions a suprise package is crazy! they have been battering at the door for years now. i would say galway will be the suprise package after this years league campaign. tipp maybe not too far behind them.

For Armagh:

Paddy Bradley
Kieran Donaghy
Conor Gormley

if ronan clarke was always fit would another player not be a better option than donaghy?
