Sligonian, Ive noticed him n tv verbaling in connaught, i was in newry that night and he brought abuse on himself by winding players up, he then got sent off and seemed happy to b playin the villain. This year in breffni he tried to get Murtagh to hit him by whispering things in his ear for a good minute.
Your bound to have noticed sligonian.
If i was frm sligo id prob think he  legend for goal against galway in connaught final and also that year sligo had gd run in qualifiers beatin tyrone in croke park and takin armagh to reply i think.

Just know what hes given to the Down cause, and doesnt get credit for it. As I said as a Down man id like to see it.

Not Eamon O'Hara, gd nuff player, but dont like his soccer-like verbals he gets into and general arrogance.

With Glassdrumman winnin they finish league top. Darragh Cross and Drumgath need one win from their last 3 games to secure play-off places, that is providing Glenn win all their remaining games.

Although the top teams will not need points they will prob need to finish theyre fixtures bcos its very tight at the bottom. Drumaness are gone but anyone could finish in next couple of places, although favourites are Saul, Bosco and Bredagh for me.

Benny Coulter deserves an All-Ireland, id like to see Danny Hughes with one and as Down man id like Murtagh with one.
Glad Graham Canty got his, pity Anthony Lynch wasn't involved cos he deserves one- he prob didnt feel that involved in Corks even though played big roll over last number of years.
Johnny Doyle and Dermot Earley deserve All-Irelands and hope they get one.
Thats about it for me

I doubt anyone in Ballywalter will even know that Down are in the All-Ireland never mind show it.They'll be showing Utd and Liverpool anyway.I'd say ur friends best bet is to go to nearby Kirkubbin or Portaferry for the game.

He was sitting half way up the section, in his early 20s wearing a number 13 Tyrone shirt.  He came in pissed out of the head with a pint in his hand a bottle of vodka in the back pocket.  Stewards mede him leave with his pint, then he got back in.

There were Dublin fans in front of him and behind him.  When Tyrone scored he would turn to the man behind him and roar in his face.  When Dublin scored he roard "c%nts" into the Dublin fans faces.  He roared at the man behind him "you Dublin c%nt, Ill f%%king bust you" and I thought he was going to hit him, then the man and a few men behind all stood up and he sat down.  He roared abuse all day at the family in front, which included young children, and they were genuinely afraid.  At one point he had his shirt off and was waving Tyrone shirt in the air.

Never witnessed such a thug at a match in my life, it was shocking, im sure quite a few people on here noticed him as he was getting a lot of attention.

I ssen a tyrone man with 13 on back, had ear-ring (shite lookin) fightin on street with sum fella, think there was a bitta slabberin then tyrone man man went for him but other fella didnt want to fight, but the sc**bag kept chasing him.Eventually few other tyronies dragged him away, though he kept shoutin abuse. This all happened just outside Quinns in full view of traffic which wasnt movin. Not pretty.

Few people getting carried away as usual, esoeically regarding Dan at full back,he wasnt tested last night, any time his man got the ball he was out round 50.The test for him will come next time when he has to mark Donaghy, Donie Shine or Shane O'Rourke. So far no real complaints about him though.
Midfield excellent at min, and defence too, although would like Paul Murphy in squad and Murtagh has to start for me.
