boycott ladbrokes lads. Laughable margin on the premiership a major sign of their greed. English firm also. Will stick to good old reliable PP. Always have anything I want to bet on up there. Every Sunday they bet in running on the club games. Ladbrokes do not. ( maybe they cant get tg4 in the uk. )
Nicknamed Ladcrooks for a reason.

When at his peak there have been better imo. Pity the injuries shortened the time we got to see him play.

"People who say American Football is shite, no its not.  Learn the rules, watch a game, you might just enjoy it"

Ditto cricket.

People who claim American Football is good,  here an idea how about a 1 hour game that doesn't last poxy 3 hours

well a gaa game especially one involving 2 northern teams has about 15mins play. American football is a good game. Baseball is a great game.

Personally I think the gaa could take alot more from other sports. Why not follow the baseball and make it a best of 3 or 5 final.

I heard on Newstalk last night that before the GAA was formed that cricket was the most popular sport in ireland back in the 1880's. Is this true, what a shocker !

Would it be fair to say that Mcgarrity and D. O'se cancelled each other out in the final ? I don't think either of them had great games, whilst O'Se was immense all year, Mcgarrity wasn't that far behind him in terms of work rate and ball winning.
Hard to argue with the team I suppose but I still feel McGarrity should have sneaked in ahead on Murphy, possibly. Maybe

McGarritty missed most of laois replay and most of semi final through injury. That is what cost him in my book. Also Did nothing in the final.

The funny thing about Mike McCarthy is he didnt even get a nomination. Did miss most of the league though.

both Kerry and Dublin lack quality at full-back

Kerry do lack quality at full but only because Mike McCarthy has retired

McCarthy from Kerry was the best full back in Ireland again this year. Canty was unlucky with injury. McCarthy has a few dodgy minutes against armagh but battle back in the 2nd half of that game. I remember Kerry leaving 2 on 2 at the back. Gutsy stuff.

only players unlucky imo are McDonald, Masters, Cullen, T O'Sullivan & McCarthy ( not even a nomination ). only 15 can be picked though. no real arguements from me
